Miss Germany 2024 is Apameh Schönauer

Apameh Schönauer was proclaimed Miss Germany 2024 in a glittering event held last February 24 at Europa-Park Arena in Rust, Germany. The 39-year-old Iranian-born mother and architect from Berlin edged out eight other participants to win the title. She succeeds last year's winner Kira Geiss. "I encourage young women in particular to become the best version of themselves, to think big and be courageous - to fulfill their dreams here," said the new Miss Germany. "Together we break down barriers, create opportunities, and shape a world where women everywhere can achieve their dreams." Apameh founded the Shirzan network to give oppressed women a voice. Her commitment to women's rights is evident in her tireless work for equality and support. The annual Miss Germany is no longer considered a beauty competition. Miss World Germany 2024 is Aleksandra Modic

Aleksandra Modic, a student from Wetzlar, was crowned Miss World Germany 2024 last Saturday, February 10 in Berlin. The 24-year-old will be representing Germany in the upcoming 71st Miss World Festival in India. She is honored to have the opportunity to participate in Miss World and hopes to make a positive impact on the world. "It is a privilege to represent my country and culture on the global stage. I look forward to meeting the other contestants and sharing our stories and visions for a better world," she said.  Aleksandra holds a bachelor's degree in arts and is currently pursuing her master's in international marketing. She is passionate about environmental protection and animal welfare. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her dog. Miss Universe Germany 2023 is Helena Bleicher

Helena Bleicher bested over 20 other competitors to be crowned Miss Universe Germany 2023 in a national competition held on Saturday, July 15 at the Holiday Inn Düsseldorf - Neuss. The 24-year-old aspiring teacher and an advocate for environmental conservation and animal welfare will represent Germany at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador. She succeeds last year's titleholder, Soraya Kohlmann. Geraldine Burger, 24, and Susanne Seel, 25, were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively. No stranger to pageantry, the new Miss Universe Germany previously held the title Miss Aura Germany and went to participate in Miss Aura International 2022 in Antalya, Turkey where she placed in the Top 10. Helena grew up in Cologne, Germany, and is a polyglot fluent in three languages — German, English, and French. She is also an avid traveler, having lived in Australia, England, and the United States. Jasmin Selberg visits the Philippines for Binibining Pilipinas 2023

Fresh from her trip to Vietnam, the reigning Miss International Jasmin Selberg arrived in Manila, Philippines on Thursday, May 25 for her first official visit to the country. The beauty queen will be attending as a special guest in the upcoming 59th edition of the Binibining Pilipinas pageant where the next representative of the Philippines for Miss International will be crowned. Upon her arrival at Novotel Manila in Araneta City, Jasmin met the reigning queens of Binibining Pilipinas and also reunited with former Miss International Philippines Hannah Arnold, a Top 15 semifinalist during last year's Miss International pageant in Tokyo, Japan. Miss Germany 2023 is Kira Geiss from Magdeburg

Kira Geiss was proclaimed Miss Germany 2023 in a glittering grand final held on Saturday, March 4 at the Europa-Park Arena in Rust, Germany. The 20-year-old theology student, visual merchandiser, and aspiring religious and community educator from Magdeburg bested nine other finalists to win the national title. Rounding out the Top 10 were Audrey Boateng, Catharina Convents, Chantal Epli, Eva Plazcek, Lena Petrides, Romy Kölzer, Sandra Friedrichs, Saskia von Bargen, and  Vanessa Didam. The new Miss Germany succeeded last year's winner Domitila Barros, a Brazilian social entrepreneur and actress from Berlin. Kira took home prize money worth 25,000 euros and an official sash. Miss Germany 2023 grand final will be held this Saturday, March 4 at the Europa-Park Arena in Rust, Germany. Hosted by famous German presenter Frauke Ludowig and her daughter Nele Ludowig, the upcoming show will feature a total of 10 finalists selected from all walks of life. A distinguished panel of judges who are tasked to pick the winner consists of American choreographer and model Bruce Darnell, bestselling author and model Monica Meier-Ivancan, TV presenter Ruth Moshner, TV personality Nicolas Pushmann, and corporate speaker and twitch host Jil Andert. Miss International 2022 is Jasmin Selberg of Germany

Germany's Jasmin Selberg was crowned Miss International 2022 from a field of 66 contestants in a glittering competition held on Tuesday, December 13 at the Tokyo Dome City Hall in Tokyo, Japan. The 23-year-old university student in history and philosophy received the new crown by Long Beach Pearl from Sireethorn Leearamwat, the longest-reigning Miss International from Thailand. Rounding out the Top 5 finalists were the first runner-up from Cabo Verde, Stephany Amado; second runner-up from Peru, Tatiana Calmell; third runner-up from Colombia, Natalia López Cardona; and fourth runner-up from the Dominican Republic, Celinee Santos. The representatives from Canada, Jamaica, and Spain finished in the Top 8 while Costa Rica, Finland, France, New Zealand, Northern Marianas, Philippines, and the United Kingdom were the rest of the Top 15 semi-finalists. Soraya Kohlmann was crowned Miss Universe Germany 2022 in a casting event held on Saturday, July 2 at Holiday Inn Hotel Düsseldorf-Neuss. The 24-year-old former Miss Germany (2017) and business owner who hails from Leipzig succeeds last year's titleholder Hannah Seifer. She will now prepare to represent her country at Miss Universe 2022. Mona Schafnitzl and Roxanna Saiedeh were the rest of the Top 3 finalists while Jelena Tontic and Maren Tschinkel completed the Top 5. "So proud and thankful to represent my country at the Miss Universe competition this year. I still can’t believe it. It’s like a dream come true having the opportunity to raise my voice on such a huge platform," the new Miss Universe Germany shared on social media. Domitila Barros bested nine other finalists to win Miss Germany 2022 competition at Europa-Park Arena in Rust, Baden on Saturday, February 19. The 37-year-old Berlin resident holds a master's degree in politics and social sciences. She is an entrepreneur, green influencer, activist, and actress who hails from northern Brazil. Miss Germany no longer considers itself as a beauty pageant. It has redefined itself two years ago to anchor female empowerment in the mainstream, provide an inclusive platform where individuality and diversity are paramount, and establish a movement for a better tomorrow. This year's final competition, themed "The Female Celebration" was participated by a diverse set of contestants including its first-ever transgender finalist. Miss Supranational Germany 2022 is Sabrina-Merlina Binder

Miss Supranational Germany 2022 title was won by Sabrina-Merlina Binder in a national competition held on January 7 at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. The 25-year-old Filipino-German beauty from Munich bested seven other finalists to win her national title. She will now prepare to represent Germany at Miss Supranational 2022 competition, possibly later this year, in Poland.
