Miss World Germany 2024 is Aleksandra Modic


Aleksandra Modic, a student from Wetzlar, was crowned Miss World Germany 2024 last Saturday, February 10 in Berlin.

The 24-year-old will be representing Germany in the upcoming 71st Miss World Festival in India. She is honored to have the opportunity to participate in Miss World and hopes to make a positive impact on the world.

"It is a privilege to represent my country and culture on the global stage. I look forward to meeting the other contestants and sharing our stories and visions for a better world," she said. 

Aleksandra holds a bachelor's degree in arts and is currently pursuing her master's in international marketing.

She is passionate about environmental protection and animal welfare. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her dog.

The 71st Miss World final will be held on March 9 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai.

Pastry chef and model Swann Lavigne from France was proclaimed Mister Supranational 2025 on Saturday, June 28 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Poland. The 25-year-old bested 37 other contestants to win the international male pageant. He succeeds last year's winner Fezile Mkhize from South Africa. Zuemerik Veeris of Curacao, Mauricio Calvo of Mexico, Michael Mazi of Nigeria and Kenneth Vincent Cabungcal of the Philippines were named the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Brazil's Eduarda Braum crowned Miss Supranational 2025

Miss Supranational 2025, the 16th edition of the Miss Supranational pageant, was held on Friday, June 27 at Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Poland. Eduarda Braum, a 25-year-old presenter, model and influencer from Brazil, bested 65 other contestants to win the international competition. She became the first Brazilian woman to become Miss Supranational. Anna Valencia Lakrini of Germany was named first runner-up while Quishantely Leito of Curacao, Tarah Valencia of the Philippines and Valerie Klepadlo of Puerto Rico were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Isabella Zabaneh was crowned Miss Universe Belize 2025 in a national competition held Saturday, June 28 at Belize City Civic Center. The 21-year-old beauty succeeds last year's winner Halima Hoy and will now prepare to represent Belize at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Michaela Tomanová was crowned Miss Universe Czech Republic 2025 (Miss Universe Czechia) on Wednesday, June 25 at Chateau de Frontiere in Hlohovec. Sarah Leena Boujaoude to represent Lebanon at Miss Universe 2025

Miss Lebanon 2024 first runner-up Sarah Leena Boujaoude has recently been officially appointed as Miss Universe Lebanon 2025. The 20-year-old fashion model and a finance student at the American University of Beirut will represent Lebanon at Miss Universe 2025. "My cause is to empower women by promoting self-acceptance and inner beauty," shared the new Miss Universe Lebanon. Fatima Koné was crowned Miss Côte d'Ivoire 2025 in a national competition held on Saturday, June 28 in Abidjan. The 23-year-old beauty, representing the region on Hambol, edged out 29 other contestants to win the coveted national title. Diane Gouano of N'Zi and Marie-Axelle Gbogou of Folon were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Julia Ann Cluett, representing Floriana, was crowned Miss Universe Malta 2025 on Thursday, July 3 at Hilton Malta in St Julian's. She edged out 16 other contestants to win the national title. The 27-year-old HR and office coordinator will now prepare to represent Malta at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. She succeeds last year's winner Beatrice Njoya. Katya Friggieri of Santa Lucija was named first runner-up while Christine Camilleri of Mosta, Karly May Naudi of Sliema, and Angelica Camilleri of St Julian's were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively.
