Miss International Australia 2024 is Selina McCloskey

Selina McCloskey was crowned Miss International Australia 2024 in a special ceremony held on Saturday, July 13 Sir Stamford Circular Quay in Sydney. The 23-year-old model from Eleebana, New South Wales succeeds last year's titleholder Jazel Alarca and will represent Australia at Miss International 2024 in Tokyo, Japan this November. "Words can't explain this feeling. Being appointed to my dream job, Miss International Australia, is a surreal moment I'll never forget. To be able to represent my country with such pride is a true honour, knowing my younger self would be so proud," she wrote online. "This title is more than just a sash and a crown, but rather an opportunity for self-development and a platform to ignite my voice," she added. "I'm excited that my passion for women empowerment, has the capacity to be showcased on a greater platform through my campaign, 'Her Voice, Our Future.' Miss International Australia 2023 is Jazel Alarca

Jazel Mae Alarca was officially crowned Miss International Australia 2023 in a ceremony held last July 29 at the Proxima Hub in Sydney, Australia. The 24-year-old clinical science graduate of Filipino descent succeeds last year's titleholder Anjelica Whitelaw and will now represent Australia at Miss International 2023 in Japan this October. "I am beyond grateful. This crown, this sash, and this title hold a world of meaning," shared the new Miss International Australia following her coronation. "This journey hasn’t been an easy one and best believe it will only get harder, but to me, it will always be worth it," she added. "Thank you to everyone who has been a part of the journey so far, you’ve all made your own little impact." No stranger to pageantry, Jazel previously held the titles Miss Philippines Australia and Charity Queen Australia 2018. Miss International Australia 2022 is Anjelica Whitelaw

Anjelica Whitelaw has been officially announced by Karen Jane Productions as Miss International Australia 2022 on Tuesday, October 11. The 26-year-old Sydney-born Filipino-Australian lawyer will represent Australia at the 60th Miss International pageant in Tokyo, Japan this December. A graduate of a bachelor's degree in communication and recently a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Technology Sydney, Anjelica currently works as a lawyer at a commercial law firm in Sydney. In her spare time, the proud bilingual whose Filipino mother hails from Pampanga, Philippines, enjoys traveling and exploring new cuisines with her family and friends. Australia first joined Miss International in 1960 during the pageant's inaugural edition. The country has won the title three times with Tania Verstak in 1962, Jenny Derek in 1981, and Kirsten Davidson in 1992.
