Miss RNB Cuenca, Ana Karla Ramírez, was crowned Miss Supranational Spain 2022 during the Miss RNB España 2022 pageant held on Saturday, May 28 in Torrox, Málaga. The 25-year-old TV internship student and dancer bested over 50 other beauties to win the national competition. She will join Mister Supranational Spain Manuel Ndele, who won his title last year, in representing their country at the Miss and Mister Supranational 2022 pageants in Poland this July. Caroline Rueda of Sevilla and Claudia Blanco of León were the first and second runners-up, respectively. Miss Bali, Laksmi Shari De Neefe Suardana, was crowned Puteri Indonesia 2022 (Miss Universe Indonesia) on Friday, May 27 at the Jakarta Convention Center. The 26-year-old marketing manager bested 43 other contestants to win her title. She succeeds Puteri Indonesia 2020 Ayu Maulida Putri and will represent her country at Miss Universe 2022. Cindy May McGuire of Jakarta was named Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2022 while Adinda Cresheilla of East Java clinched the title Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata 2022. They will be sent to Miss International and Miss Supranational pageants, respectively. Reigning Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu, Miss International Sireethorn Leearamwat, and Miss Supranational first runner-up Karla Guilfú graced the glittering event. The new Miss Universe Indonesia holds a degree in fashion business. She enjoys reading books and social activities, and considers herself inspired, driven and resilient. Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu, Miss International 2019 Sireethorn Leearamwat, and Miss Supranational 2021 first runner-up Karla Guilfú will be gracing the final of Puteri Indonesia 2022. The reigning queens arrived in the Indonesian capital city of Jakarta on Wednesday, May 25 ahead of the national competition to be held this Friday, May 27 at Jakarta Convention Center. A 24-year-old model, Melisha Lin, was named Miss Supranational Malaysia 2022 after gaining the highest position in the overall fan vote last May 14. The Malaysian representative to the upcoming Miss Supranational 2022 competition in Poland this July, edged out another contender for the title, Vinthiya Vasu. Melisha holds a degree in marketing management from the University of Greenwich. She is expected to be crowned in a ceremony in Kuala Lumpur this June with the renowned actress and former Miss Supranational Malaysia Sanjna Suri as a special guest. The Miss and Mister Supranational Thailand 2022 national pageant was held on Friday, May 20 at Show DC's Ultra Arena Hall in Bangkok. Praewwanich Ruangthong, 29, was named Miss Supranational Thailand 2022 while Yoyo Teenarupakorn Muangmai, 27, clinched the Mister Supranational Thailand 2022 title. They will represent their country at Miss and Mister Supranational 2022 in Poland this July. "Finally I’ve reached my dream, and I promise that I will do my best for Thailand in [Mister Supranational] 2022," the new Mister Supranational Thailand shared on social media after winning his title. The new Miss Supranational Thailand also took to social media to share a photo of her crowning moment and wrote "I did it" in the caption. "I AM SUPRA and I’m from Thailand. Next station is Poland," she said in another post. Reigning Miss Supranational Chanique Rabe, and former Miss Supranational queens Mutya Datul and Anntonia Porsild, were special guests at the event.

A send-off event was held for Miss Supranational Vietnam 2022 Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen and Mister Supranational Vietnam 2022 Dat Kyo who will represent their country at Miss and Mister Supranational 2022 in Poland this July. This year's national competition was also officially launched. The press conference took place at Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers in Ho Chi Minh City on Tuesday, May 17. Unimedia in collaboration with Leading Media will organize a special reality TV format for the pageant which is expected to run for several months and the final will take place later this year. Miss Supranational Paraná, Giovanna Reis, was crowned Miss Supranational Brasil 2022 in a national competition held at Hotel Sibara Flat & Convenções (Sibara Hotel Convention Center) in Santa Catarina on Friday, May 6. The 21-year-old businesswoman, model and interior design student from Cascavel bested 26 other beauties to win her title. She succeeds last year's titleholder Deise Benício. Rio Grande Do Sul's Larissa Grabin and Tocantins' Anna Perillo were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Guanabara's Marcele Cataldo, Rio Grand Do Norte's Adriana Yanca, and Distrito Federal's Carol Tibery completed the Top 6 finalists. The new Miss Supranational Brasil will represent Brazil at the Miss Supranational 2022 pageant to be held in the city of Nowy Sącz in Małopolska, Poland this July.
