Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu to attend Puteri Indonesia 2022 with Miss International and Miss Supranational runner-up


Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu, Miss International 2019 Sireethorn Leearamwat, and Miss Supranational 2021 first runner-up Karla Guilfú will be gracing the final of Puteri Indonesia 2022.

The reigning queens arrived in the Indonesian capital city of Jakarta on Wednesday, May 25 ahead of the national competition to be held this Friday, May 27 at Jakarta Convention Center.

Puteri Indonesia 2022, the 25th Puteri Indonesia pageant, will be crowning a new set of winners who will represent their country at Miss Universe, Miss International, and Miss Supranational.

Aslihan Morali, from Ancaster, Ontario, was crowned Miss Universe Canada 2026 on Saturday, August 8 at the Chrysler Theatre in Windsor. The Turkish-Canadian advocate, entrepreneur, model and actor succeeds last year's winner Jaime VandenBerg and will represent Canada at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Puerto Rico this November. The inaugural edition of the Reina Filipinas beauty pageant was held on Friday, August 7 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City. Palawan's Angelica Lopez, former Miss International Philippines, was crowned Reina Filipinas Grand International 2026 and will represent the Philippines at Miss Miss Grand International 2026 pageant this October. Melissa Bottema was proclaimed the winner of Miss Netherlands 2026 (Miss Universe Netherlands) on Saturday, June 27 at Studio 21 in Hilversum. The 25-year-old social worker, gymnastics coach and model from Groningen was crowned by her predecessor Nathalie Mogbelzada who made the Top 30 at Miss Universe 2025 last November in Bangkok, Thailand. The 17th Miss Supranational beauty pageant was held on Friday, July 31 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Poland. Katrina Llegado, a 28-year-old financial management graduate from the Philippines, was crowned Miss Supranational 2026 by her predecessor Eduarda Braum of Brazil. She bested over 60 other contestants to win her country's second Miss Supranational crown after Miss Supranational 2013 Mutya Datul.
