Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu to attend Puteri Indonesia 2022 with Miss International and Miss Supranational runner-up


Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu, Miss International 2019 Sireethorn Leearamwat, and Miss Supranational 2021 first runner-up Karla Guilfú will be gracing the final of Puteri Indonesia 2022.

The reigning queens arrived in the Indonesian capital city of Jakarta on Wednesday, May 25 ahead of the national competition to be held this Friday, May 27 at Jakarta Convention Center.

Puteri Indonesia 2022, the 25th Puteri Indonesia pageant, will be crowning a new set of winners who will represent their country at Miss Universe, Miss International, and Miss Supranational.

Miss World 2026 is Joheirry Mola from the Dominican Republic

Joheirry Mola Dominguez from the Dominican Republic bested 110 other contestants to win Miss World 2026 on Saturday, September in Nha Trang, Vietnam. The 24-year-old model, teacher, news correspondent and advocate received the coveted crown and sash from her predecessor Opal Suchata Chuangsri from Thailand. She became the second woman from the Dominican Republic to become Miss World next to Mariasela Álvarez who won in 1982. Elisabeth Reynés of Spain and Taanusiya Chetty of Malaysia were announced the second and third placers, respectively. Miss World 2026: Meet the continental winners of the Head-to-Head Challenge

The Head-to-Head Challenge for Miss World 2026 took place on August 22 and 24 at the Khanh Hoa Children's Palace in Nha Trang, Vietnam. During the event, all contestants presented themselves and shared speeches about their initiatives. From each continental group, five contestants were selected to move on to the second round, where four continental winners were determined. The continental winners were Romanda Hombir from South Africa, Georgia-Lee Gill from Trinidad and Tobago, Asia Rose Simpson from the Philippines, and Julia Kühnle from Germany. By winning their respective continental groups, they have already earned their spots in the Top 40. Based on their answers during the final round, one of them will be declared the overall challenge winner and will automatically progress to the Top 20.
