Miss Universe Chile 2023 is Celeste Viel

Celeste Viel bested 17 other competitors to be crowned Miss Universe Chile 2023 in a national competition held on Sunday, August 13 at the Radisson Blu Plaza El Bosque Santiago. The 23-year-old public relations student, model, and health coach representing Comunidad Extranjera also bagged the Miss Pasarela award following the swimsuit competition. Kristina Lie of Puerto Varas placed second while Magdalena Landshut of Santiago, Amaya Butron of Rancagua, and Carla Sanchez of Antofagasta were announced as third, fourth, and fifth, respectively. The representatives of Chicureo, Catalina Pradenas, Chiloe, Natia Tirachini, Colina, Gabriela Vasquez, La Reina, Karol Eberl, Providencia, Anais Godoy, and San Bernardo, Magdalena Cid were the rest of the Top 11 finalists. Miss Universe Chile 2022 is Sofia Depassier

US-based beauty Sofia Depassier was crowned Miss Universe Chile 2022 at the Santa Cruz hotel in Colchagua on Saturday, June 25. The Comunidad Extranjera representative is a 24-year-old model, entertainer, and stylist. She is passionate about acting, makeup, and fashion. Sofia will now prepare to represent her country at Miss Universe 2022, possibly later this year. She succeeded last year's titleholder Antonia Figueroa, who has just been proclaimed Reina Hispanoamericana Chile 2022. Chile has yet to win its second Miss Universe title next to Miss Universe 1987 Cecilia Bolocco. Miss Universo Chile 2021 is Antonia Figueroa

Miss Coquimbo, Antonia Figueroa, was crowned Miss Universo Chile 2021 (Miss Universe Chile) in a national competition held in San Fernando on Saturday, September 11. The 26-year-old "MasterChef" finalist and professional model is a civil environment engineer, taekwondo champion, and former professional violinist of the municipal theater in her region. She is also the president of an NGO called “Voluntarios por la Infancia” (Volunteers for Children) that helps children and adolescents at SENAME. She fluently speaks English, German and Portuguese. Miss Los Ángeles, Daniela Riquelme, and Miss San Fernando, Maria José Norambuena, were named Miss World Peace Chile and Miss Tourism Global Chile 2021, respectively. Miss Iquique, Daniella Morgado, Miss Valparaiso, Bárbara Pacheco, Miss La Serena, Amanda Fidalgo, Miss Temuco, Angela Aguila, and Miss La Reina, Amanda Fidalgo completed the Top 7 finalists. Chile's Daniela Nicolás heads to US for the 69th Miss Universe competition

Miss Universe Chile 2020 Daniela Nicolás has left for the US to take part in the upcoming 69th Miss Universe competition. The 28-year-old journalist and actress wore an outfit by Ángel Ovidio during her departure at the Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport in Santiago. Daniela will compete with over 70 other beauties to win her country's second Miss Universe title at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida on May 16 at 8 p.m. ET.
