Reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska touched down in Manila, Philippines on Wednesday, September 20 for her first official visit to the country. Gwendolyne Fourniol, representative of Negros Occidental, bested 35 other contestants to win the Miss World Philippines 2022 title at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on Sunday, June 5. The 21-year-old Filipino-French beauty pursued a degree in economics from Oxford Brookes University in London. She is an advocate for education and has been working with a non-profit organization that sends underprivileged kids to school. Reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska has arrived in Ecuador as a special guest in the upcoming Concurso Nacional de Belleza Ecuador (CNB Ecuador) 2022 national pageant. Karolina's one-week tour of the South American country includes a reunion with her Miss World sister Amar Pacheco Ibarra, a meeting with the vice mayor of Guayaquil Josué Sánchez, a visit to the chocolate museum, and a trip to the Galápagos Islands as part of a marine conservation project.
