Vietnam's Do Thi Lan Anh has been announced the winner of the Best in National Costume during the Miss Earth 2023 finals and coronation on Friday, December 22 at Van Phuc City. Designed by the talented Vietnamese fashion designer Nguyen Tien Truyen, her "Nu Vuong" costume was showcased during the preliminary competition held on December 16 at the Van Thanh Flower Village in Dalat. "A deeper love for my Vietnamese heritage that is full of wonder and beauty. It feels surreal that I was given the opportunity to showcase a part of my nation’s history and honor the Vietnamese heroes of the past," she shared online. Chile's Ximena Huala, Indonesia's Cindy Inanto, Philippines' Yllana Marie Aduana, and Venezuela's Jhosskaren Smiller were the rest of the Top 5 for the award.
