Miss World Trinidad and Tobago 2021 is Jeanine Brandt


Miss Palmiste, Jeanine Brandt, was crowned Miss World Trinidad and Tobago 2021 in a competition held on Sunday, January 31 at the South Academy for the Performing Arts (SAPA) in San Fernando.

The 25-year-old professional makeup artist and founder of the Brandt Beauty Foundation bested 13 other contestants to win the title.

Miss Marabella, Manisha Moonilal, and Miss Sand Fernando, Elisheva Phillips, were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Miss Union Village, Tobago, Ameika Louis, and Miss Chaguanas, Jemima Pierre, completed the Top 5.

The new Miss World Trinidad and Tobago succeeds Tya Jane Ramey and will now have the opportunity to represent her country at the 70th Miss World pageant to be held later this year.

“Last night I dreamt of a perfect ending. I awoke this morning with devout thanksgiving for a dream come true,” Jeanine wrote on social media.

“I am awestruck and grateful to have the distinct honour of the title of Miss World Trinidad and Tobago bestowed on me,” she added.

Trinidad and Tobago won the Miss World crown once courtesy of Giselle Laronde in 1986. Its last highest placement was second runner-up in 2008 with Gabrielle Walcott.

Tanzania's Jihan Dimack crowned Miss Grand International 2026

Jihan Dimack from Tanzania was proclaimed the winner of Miss Grand International 2026 on Saturday, October 10 at MGI Hall in Bangkok, Thailand. The 30-year-old Tanzanian-Lebanese model bested over 70 other contestants to win her country's first golden crown. She succeeds Emma Mary Tiglao of the Philippines. Saffron Maya Snook from Thailand has won Miss Global 2026 on Sunday, October 11 at MCC Hall, The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan in Nonthaburi, Thailand. Miss Universe Colombia 2026 is Mar铆a Alejandra L贸pez

Mar铆a Alejandra L贸pez P茅rez was crowned Miss Universe Colombia 2026 on Saturday, October 10 in Barranquilla. The 32-year-old model and engineer from Risaralda will represent Colombia at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant in Puerto Rico this coming November. After Miss World, Olga Lombardo is heading to Puerto Rico to compete as Belgium's representative at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant happening this November. This 23-year-old beauty clinched the Miss Belgium 2026 crown earlier this year and recently made waves at Miss World 2026 in Vietnam, where she landed in the Top 20 out of 111 contestants. Perla Harb will represent Lebanon at the 75th Miss Universe pageant (Miss Universe 2026) taking place in Puerto Rico this November.
