Miss Polonia 2020 is Natalia Gryglewska of Częstochowa


A dietetics graduate and model from Częstochowa, Natalia Gryglewska, was crowned Miss Polonia 2020 in a glittering competition held on Monday, March 8 at the Grand Theatre in Łódź.

The 22-year-old beauty who is currently pursuing a master's studies in Warsaw succeeded Miss Polonia 2019 Karolina Bielawska and will now prepare to represent Poland at the 70th Miss World pageant to be held later this year.

Klaudia Wonatowska and Faustyna Wespińska were the first and second runners-up, respectively. Around 20 candidates battled it out for the national crown worth over PLN 50,000.

Miss Polonia is one of the older national pageant in Poland with the first edition held in 1929. Past winners include Ewa Wachowicz, Rozalia Mancewicz, Marcelina Zawadzka, Paulina Krupińska, Izabella Krzan, Agata Biernat and Milena Sadowska.

Poland has won the Miss World crown once courtesy of Aneta Kręglicka in 1989. Its last highest placement was Top 5 in 2004 with Katarzyna Borowicz.

Miss Universe 2025: Meet the contestants

Miss Universe 2025, the 74th Miss Universe competition is set to take place on Friday, November 21 at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand. Reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark will hand over her crown to her successor at the conclusion of the event. This year's much-talked-about edition marked Thailand's fourth time hosting the prestigious beauty pageant after 1992, 2005, and 2018. Miss Universe Peru 2025 is Karla Bacigalupo

Karla Bacigalupo was crowned Miss Peru 2025 (Miss Universe Peru 2025) in a national competition held last Sunday, June 15 in the historic city of Cusco. The 33-year-old actress and producer will now prepare to represent Peru at Miss Universe 2025 to be held in Thailand this November. Former Reina Hispanoamerican Maricielo Gamarra was announced as first runner-up while former Top Model of the World Janet Leyva finished as the second runner-up. Miss Venezuela 2024, the 71st Miss Venezuela pageant, was held on Thursday, December 5 at Espacio Caracas. Stephany Abasali, a 24-year-old economics student representing Anzoátegui, bested 22 other contestants to be crowned Miss Universe Venezuela 2024. Karín Aridi of Amazonas was named first runner-up while Vanessa Pérez of Distrito Capital, Sarilé González of Miranda, and Vanessa Peroza of Nueva Esparta were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Miss Turkey 2024: Idil Bilgen wins Miss Turkey World 2024

Idil Bilgen was crowned Miss Turkey World 2024 during the Miss Turkey 2024 national final on Wednesday, September 11 at the Lazzoni Hotel in Istanbul. The 24-year-old medical doctor bested 19 other competitors to win the national title. She will prepare to represent Türkiye at the 72nd Miss World whose date and venue have yet to be announced. Miss Universe Portugal 2025 is Camila Vitorino

Former Miss Queen of Portugal Camila Vitorino was crowned Miss Universe Portugal 2025 last Saturday, June 14 in the beautiful and historic city of Elvas. The 26-year-old from São Sebastião, Setúbal made history as the first married woman and mother to become Miss Universe Portugal. Laura Malaquias, Diliana Fernandes, and Ivone Carneiro were announced as the first, second, and third runners-up, respectively. Last year's winner Andreia Correia passed on her crown to her successor at the end of the event. Miss Universe Côte d'Ivoire 2025 Olivia Yacé has officially announced on Monday, November 24 her resignation as Miss Universe Africa and Oceania.
