Miss Universe Canada 2020 Nova Stevens stuns in yellow Micheal Cinco gown at her latest shoot

Following a racism controversy with some pageant fans, Canada's Nova Stevens has shared stunning photos from her latest shoot in the UAE wearing a fabulous couture yellow gown by Michael Cinco.

In her post on social media, the 26-year-old statuesque beauty captioned: "Running towards my destiny. I’m ready for whatever the universe has in stores for me."

Nova will be dressed by the Dubai-based Filipino fashion designer in the upcoming 69th Miss Universe competition in Hollywood, Florida.

Mia Zottoli Montanaro was proclaimed the winner of Miss Mondo Italia 2026 (Miss World Italy) last Sunday, June 14 at the Ecoresort Le Sirenè in Gallipoli. The 21-year-old model and former volleyball player of Argentine descent from Taranto, Puglia was crowned by her predecessor Sofia Viola. Basma Zaid of Basilicata and Azzura Sandrini of Lombardia were announced the first and second runners-up, respectively. Caterina Noghera of Veneto, Lara Boemio of Toscana, and Ginevra Pagano of Campania rounded out the Top 6 finalists. Lilly Sødal was crowned Miss Norway 2024 (Miss Universe Norway 2024) during the national competition held last Saturday, August 10 at Rebel in Oslo. The 21-year-old sustainability advocate from Kristiansand received her crown from her predecessor, last year's winner Julie Tollefsen. The glittering Miss Turkey 2025 national competition was held last December 19 at the Lazzoni Hotel in Istanbul. A total of 20 stunning finalists were chosen to compete for the national titles that were at stake — Miss Turkey World and Miss Turkey Supranational. Sıla Saraydemir, a 22-year-old student, was crowned Miss Turkey World 2025. She is expected to represent Turkey at the 73rd Miss World competition whose date and venue have yet to be announced.
