Miss Earth Thailand 2021 is Baitong Jareerat Petsom

Pageant veteran Baitong Jareerat Petsom was named Miss Earth Thailand 2021 in national competition held in Bangkok on Saturday, September 25.

The 28-year-old architecture graduate from the southern Thai province of Chumphon is an environmental ambassador for the Green World Foundation and an advocate for sustainable ocean. She founded Baanbaan to promote a green lifestyle.

Baitong will represent her country at the Miss Earth 2021 competition to be held virtually later this year.

Miss Earth Thailand competition was held for the first time after an eight-year hiatus. The national organization is currently headed by Dr. Sirikan Onsonkarn of the Siri Hotel Group.

Thailand has yet to win the Miss Earth crown. Its highest placements were in 2010 and 2013 with Watsaporn Wattanakoon and Punika Kulsoontornrut who both placed in the Top 4 and bagged the Miss Earth Water title.

The coronation ball for The Miss Philippines 2026 took place on Sunday, May 10, at the Grand Ballroom in City of Dreams Manila. Olivia Yacé of Côte d'Ivoire steps down as Miss Universe Africa and Oceania

Miss Universe Côte d'Ivoire 2025 Olivia Yacé has officially announced on Monday, November 24 her resignation as Miss Universe Africa and Oceania. "As the representative of Côte d'Ivoire at the Miss Universe 2025 competition in Bangkok, i witnessed firsthand that i was capable of accomplishing great things despite adversity," Olivia wrote on social media. Nadia Mejia-Webb, representing Comunidad USA, was crowned Miss Universe Ecuador 2025 in a national competition held on Saturday, July 26 at Palacio de Cristal in Guayaquil. The 29-year-old model and singer will now prepare to represent Ecuador at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Daphne Currat of Tungurahua and Christie Termidor of Región Sierra were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. After 17 years, former Miss France Sylvie Tellier has officially announced her departure from the Miss France organization. The 44-year-old took to social media on Wednesday, August 31 to make a public statement on her decision to leave, which was made "with a lot of emotion because you don't leave a company after 17 years without memories in your head." Bea Millan-Windorski of La Union was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2026 during the final of the national pageant on Saturday, May 2 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. The 24-year-old Filipino-American beauty succeeded Maria Ahtisa Manalo from Quezon Province. The spectacular Miss Universe Philippines 2026 national costume competition took place on Thursday, April 16 at the Urdaneta City Cultural and Sports Center in Pangasinan. This year's show, themed Water, was hosted by the reigning Miss Eco Philippines, Gabbi Carballo. The contestants took to the stage, displaying Filipino artistry through their colorful costumes. Patthama Jitsawat, representing the Thai province of Chonburi, was crowned Miss Grand Thailand 2026 on Saturday, March 28 at MGI Hall in Bangkok. The 32-year-old beauty edged out 76 other contestants to win the national competition. She succeeds last year's winner Sarunrat Puagpipat of Phuket.
