Indonesia's Nadia Tjoa wins Miss Face of Humanity 2022


Nadia Tjoa of Indonesia was crowned Miss Face of Humanity 2022 in a glittering competition held on Saturday, April 2 at the Metro Toronto Convention Center in Toronto, Canada.

The 27-year-old old architecture graduate, model, and entrepreneur bested 16 other contestants to win the international pageant. As its global ambassador, she will advocate youth and women empowerment around the world.

Rwanda's Rita Ngarambe, USA's Kerri Jade Shapiro, and Hong Kong's Juliette Louie were the first, second, and third runners-up, respectively.

Australia, Thailand, Philippines, Afghanistan, Comores, and Mexico completed the Top 10.

The winner was crowned by former Miss Universe Thailand and Miss Universe Top 5 finalist Paweensuda Drouin.

Miss Face of Humanity is a global platform that focuses on amplifying the voices of female change-makers who are creating an impact in the world. The pageant aims to share and spread love, uplift humanity, and promote world peace and education.

Miss Universe 2025, the 74th Miss Universe competition is set to take place on Friday, November 21 at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand. Reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark will hand over her crown to her successor at the conclusion of the event. This year's much-talked-about edition marked Thailand's fourth time hosting the prestigious beauty pageant after 1992, 2005, and 2018. Following the withdrawal of several countries including Cameroon, Germany, Iceland, Kenya, Mongolia, and Montenegro, 122 contestants from various countries and territories are left competing for the coveted international beauty title. Polish-American Emily Reng to represent Poland at Miss Universe 2025

Polish-American Emily Reng was officially announced by the Miss Polonia organization as Miss Universe Poland 2025 on Wednesday, October 22. The 20-year-old will now prepare to represent Poland at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this coming November. Emily is a graduate of John Hersey High School in Arlington Heights, Illinois and is currently a student at the University of South Carolina. The new Miss Universe Poland is no stranger to pageantry. Former Miss Queen of Portugal Camila Vitorino was crowned Miss Universe Portugal 2025 last Saturday, June 14 in the beautiful and historic city of Elvas. The 26-year-old from São Sebastião, Setúbal made history as the first married woman and mother to become Miss Universe Portugal. Laura Malaquias, Diliana Fernandes, and Ivone Carneiro were announced as the first, second, and third runners-up, respectively. The 25-year-old singer and image consultant from the province of Entre Rios beat 27 other contestants to win the national title. Iceland's Helena O'Connor withdraws from Miss Universe 2025

The Miss Iceland Organization has announced today that Miss Universe Iceland 2025 Helena Hafþórsdóttir O'Connor has withdrawn from the 74th Miss Universe pageant. In an official statement released on social media, the organization said that the 21-year-old psychology student from Viðey has been ill for the past few days. The statement also stated: "She is thankfully recovering but we are devastated to announce that, due to personal reasons, she has made the difficult decision of withdrawing from the Miss Universe competition in Thailand." Helena was crowned Ungfrú Ísland 2025 (Miss Iceland 2025) in Reykjavik last April.
