Miss Universe Cambodia 2022 is Manita Hang


Manita Hang bested 19 other contestants to be crowned Miss Universe Cambodia 2022 in a glittering competition held in Phnom Penh on Wednesday, June 15.

The 23-year-old beauty, who holds a degree in accounting and finance, was born to a French father and a Cambodian mother. She succeeds last year's winner Marady Ngin and will now prepare to represent Cambodia at Miss Universe 2022.

Sothnisay Heng was named first runner-up while Bonika Heng finished second runner-up. Sokhavatey Ratana and Geklang Hun were the third and fourth runners-up, respectively.

The new Miss Universe Cambodia took to social media to thank her supporters after winning her title. She said, "I could not stop repeating myself and thanking everyone who has been a part of my journey from all our candidates to the teamwork."

Cambodia has yet to win the Miss Universe crown since joining the international pageant for the first time in 2017.

Miss Greater Bridgeport, Shavana Clarke was crowned Miss Connecticut USA 2024 on Sunday, April 14 at Marriott Hartford Windsor Airport in Windsor, Connecticut. The 29-year-old model and mental health advocate will now prepare to represent the state of Connecticut at Miss USA 2024 in California this August. Miss Universe Greece 2024 is Christianna Katsieri

Christianna Katsieri has been officially announced as Miss Universe Greece 2024 by the Star & Mr GS Hellas organization. The 22-year-old model has previously held the title Miss GS Hellas 2022 and became Miss Earth Greece 2023. She went on to represent Greece at Miss Earth 2023 in Vietnam last December. Her predecessor Marielia Zaloumi was last year's Star GS Hellas and Miss Universe Greece, who went to Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador last November. Danika Christopherson, representing The Village, was crowned Miss Oklahoma USA 2024 on Sunday, April 14 at OCCC Performing Arts Center Theater in Oklahoma City Community College. The 23-year-old former Miss Oklahoma Teen USA succeeds last year's winner Liv Walbeck. She will now prepare for the Miss USA 2024 competition to be held in California this summer. Miss RNB EspaƱa 2024 is Elizabeth Laker from Tenerife

Elizabeth Laker was crowned Miss RNB EspaƱa 2024 (Miss Supranational Spain 2024) on Saturday, April 13 at Teatre Auditori de Salou (TAS). The 25-year-old personal trainer and makeup artist from Arona, Tenerife succeeds last year's winner Lola Wilson. Martina SuĆ”rez of Valencia and Ainara MartĆ­nez of La Rioja were the first and second runners-up, respectively. The contestants from Badajoz, Paula CrĆ­spulo, Ourense, Carolina Barroso, and Pontevedra, Iris MiguĆ©lez, rounded out the Top 6 finalists. The 22-year-old marketing student at the University of Arkansas will head to California for Miss USA 2024 this August. From 60 beauties who participated during the casting day, only 16 will now move on as finalists for Miss Universe Netherlands 2024. The selection event and official announcement of the Top 16 finalists took place on Saturday, April 13 at Studio 21 in Hilversum. Previously held by Monica van Ee of the Miss Nederland organization, the license for Miss Universe Netherlands has been taken over this year by Milou Verhoeks of the Miss Beauty of the Netherlands. Last year's winner under Miss Nederland was Rikkie Valerie KollƩ , the first-ever transgender woman to represent the Netherlands at the Miss Universe pageant. R'Bonney Gabriel to host Miss Universe Philippines 2024 final show

The Miss Universe Philippines organization has officially announced former Miss Universe of the USA, R'Bonney Gabriel as host of the upcoming Miss Universe Philippines 2024 coronation night. To recall, R'Bonney was crowned Miss Universe 2022 during the the 71st Miss Universe pageant held at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center in New Orleans in January 2023. The Filipino-American fashion designer became the second Asian-American woman to win the Miss Universe title since Brook Lee (Miss Universe 1997) and so far, the oldest winner at 28 years old, succeeding Andrea Meza of Mexico.
