Miss Supranational 2022: Vietnam, Colombia, Jamaica, Czech Republic and Mauritius win Supra Model of the Year competition


The Miss Supranational 2022 Supra Model of the Year competition also took place on Saturday, July 2 at Hotel Czarny Potok Resort SPA & Conference in Krynica Zdrój.

Five winners were announced and will automatically advance to the final at Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz on July 15.

They are the representatives from Vietnam, Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen, Colombia, Valentina Espinosa, Jamaica, Carisa Peart, Czech Republic, Kristýna Malířová, and Mauritius, Alexandrine Belle-Étoile.

The winners were respectively named Supra Model Asia, Supra Model Americas, Supra Model Caribbean, Supra Model Europe, and Supra Model Africa.

Miss World Thailand 2026 is Kanteera Techaphattanakul of Chiang Mai

Kanteera "Namphueng" Techaphattanakul was proclaimed Miss World Thailand 2026 on Sunday, May 10 at MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan in Bangkok. The 25-year-old medical technologist representing Chiang Mai beat 20 other contestants to win the national title. She was crowned by her predecessor Opal Suchata Chuangsri who became Thailand's first Miss World last year. Malaika Khan and Jirapat Dathumma were respectively announced the first and second runners-up while Atina Khontarosaphan Vasnaarchasakul and Pannika Boonsiritakorn rounded out the Top 5 finalists. Nadia Mejia-Webb, representing Comunidad USA, was crowned Miss Universe Ecuador 2025 in a national competition held on Saturday, July 26 at Palacio de Cristal in Guayaquil. The 29-year-old model and singer will now prepare to represent Ecuador at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Guatemala's Camila Riveiro was awarded Mejor Traje Tipico (Best in National Costume) during the Reina Hispanoamericana 2022 national costume competition held on Sunday, March 19 in Porongo, Bolivia. Following the arrival of the 29 contestants vying for Reina Hispanoamericana 2022, an official presentation took place on Monday, March 13 at the Radisson Hotel in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Standouts were the representatives of Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Haiti, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, and the USA.
