Miss Intercontinental Vietnam 2022 Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc send-off ceremony


Vietnam's representative for the 50th Miss Intercontinental pageant in Egypt, Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc, was given a special send-off ceremony on Thursday, September 1.

The event took place at the Orchids Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and was attended by the reigning Miss Intercontinental Cinderella Faye Obeñita from the Philippines as an invited special guest.

Prior to being appointed Miss Intercontinental Vietnam 2022, Bao Ngoc was named first runner-up at the Miss World Vietnam 2022 pageant last August 12.

The 21-year-old model and student will compete in the Miss Intercontinental 2022 final on October 14 in Sharm El Sheik, a city on the coastal strip along the beautiful Red Sea.

Giulia Zanoni, representing La Unión, was crowned Miss Universe El Salvador 2025 on Friday, September 26 at Palacio Tecleño in Santa Tecla. The 20-year-old international relations student succeeds last year's winner Florence Gisselle Garcia and will represent El Salvador at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Alva Echegoyen of La Paz finished first runner-up and was crowned Miss International El Salvador 2025. She will head to Japan, also this November, for Miss International 2025. Miss Universe Bangladesh 2025 is Tangia Zaman Methila

Tangia Zaman Methila was crowned Miss Universe Bangladesh 2025 in a special ceremony held on Thursday, September 18 in Dhaka. The 33-year-old model, TV host and film actress previously won Miss Universe Bangladesh 2020 but was unable to compete in the Miss Universe pageant due to travel restrictions. The 28-year-old model and influencer will now prepare to represent Chile at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this November. Kaori Hashimoto was crowned Miss Universe Japan 2025 in a national competition held on Wednesday, July 16 in Shibuya. The 21-year-old business administration student from Tochigi Prefecture beat over 40 other contestants to win the national title. Saki Fujita and Reina Ishii were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Chiemi Takayama and Naomi Monique Kamidate were the rest of the Top 5 finalists. Former Miss Queen of Portugal Camila Vitorino was crowned Miss Universe Portugal 2025 last Saturday, June 14 in the beautiful and historic city of Elvas. The 26-year-old from São Sebastião, Setúbal made history as the first married woman and mother to become Miss Universe Portugal. Laura Malaquias, Diliana Fernandes, and Ivone Carneiro were announced as the first, second, and third runners-up, respectively. Miss Universe 2025, the 74th Miss Universe competition is set to take place on Friday, November 21 at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand. Reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark will hand over her crown to her successor at the conclusion of the event. This year's much-talked-about edition marked Thailand's fourth time hosting the prestigious beauty pageant after 1992, 2005, and 2018. Idil Bilgen was crowned Miss Turkey World 2024 during the Miss Turkey 2024 national final on Wednesday, September 11 at the Lazzoni Hotel in Istanbul. The 24-year-old medical doctor bested 19 other competitors to win the national title. She will prepare to represent Türkiye at the 72nd Miss World whose date and venue have yet to be announced.
