Mister International Korea 2022 is Kim Hee Won


Kim Hee Won was named Mister International Korea 2022 in a national competition held on Monday, August 29 in Seoul.

The 28-year-old model and former football player from Jinju bested 33 other contestants to win the national title.

Lee Yong Woo and Kim You Soo were the first runners-up; Kim Jon Wook, Yoo Byeong Eun, and Hong Seok Jin were the second runners-up; and Kim Sang Hun and Lee Won Young were the third runners-up.

The new Mister International Korea and the runners-up are expected to represent their country at various international male pageants such as Mister International, Mister Supranational, Mister Global, Man of the World, Mister National Universe and Man of the Year.

This year's competition was the 10th anniversary of the Mister International Korea pageant.

Tonight, the inaugural edition of the Miss Cosmo pageant will take place at the Saigon Riverside Park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Miss Universe 2024, the 73rd Miss Universe pageant will be held on November 16 at the the Arena CDMX in Mexico City, Mexico. Daumier Corilla of the Philippines was proclaimed Mister Global 2024 on Sunday, October 6 at MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi in Bangkok, Thailand. The 28-year-old model, actor, and host bested over 30 other contestants to become the first-ever Filipino winner of the international male pageant. After a 23-year hiatus, Hong Kong is set to return to the Miss Universe stage this year with Miss Universe Hong Kong 2024 Joanne Rhodes. The 24-year-old art advisor and model edged out 15 other finalists to win the competition on September 26 at the Go Park Sai Sha.
