The Miss Globe 2022 is Anabel Payano of Dominican Republic


Anabel Payano Pichardo of the Dominican Republic was crowned The Miss Globe 2022 in a glittering show held on Saturday, October 15 at the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet in Skanderberg Square, Tirana, Albania.

The 19-year-old professional model beat 49 other contestants to win the coveted title. She succeeds last year's winner from the Philippines, Maureen Montagne.

Anamaria Babau of the United Arab Emirates was named first runner-up while Drita Ziri of Albania, Thanawan Wigg of Thailand, and Lam Thu Hong of Vietnam were announced as the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively.

Rounding out the Top 15 semi-finalists were Heloisa Godinho (Brazil), Sofia Donado (Colombia), Nella Cheves Serano (Costa Rica), Sirel Saad (Estonia), Prisca Abah (Ghana), Anastasija Aleksejevska (Latvia), Natasha Stefanovic (Montenegro), Chelsea Fernandez (Philippines), Patrycja Krzywon (Poland), and Argi Annisil (Venezuela).

This year's competition hosted by Albanian TV personality Arjola Shehu was the 19th edition of the international pageant organized by the Deliart Association.
