Miss International 2022 contestants depart for Tokyo, Japan

The 60th Miss International edition is about to begin in Tokyo, Japan, and over 60 contestants from around the world head their way to the host country.

After being canceled in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Miss International 2022 is finally going to be held on December 13 at the Tokyo Dome City Hall. At the end of the event, the longest reigning Miss International Sireethorn Leearamwat of Thailand will crown her successor with a brand new crown by Long Beach Pearl.

This year's competition takes on the theme "Beauties For SDGs" to promote the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. Two countries are joining for the first time — Cape Verde and Uzbekistan, while Cuba, Greece, Jamaica, Kenya, Namibia, Sierra Leone, South Korea, and Uruguay are all set to return.

Vote for your favorites into the Top 15 on the Miss International official app or via missinternational.choicely.com. The three most-voted contestants will automatically advance to the semi-finals.
