Miss New York USA 2023 is Rachelle di Stasio


Rachelle di Stasio was crowned Miss New York USA 2023 on Sunday, August 6 at The Performing Arts Center, Purchase College in Harrison, New York.

The 26-year-old former American Ballet Theatre ballerina, model, and mental health and domestic violence advocate will now represent New York at upcoming Miss USA 2023.

Zoe McGrady was named first runner-up while Carter Brown, Marizza Delgado, Christiana DiNardo, and Emely Matute were the second, third, fourth, and fifth runners-up, respectively.

"Humbled and honored to be your Miss New York USA 2023. Thank you so much to everyone for all the incredible messages, support, and love. My heart is full," shared the new Miss New York USA after winning her state title.

Last night's state competitions also culminated with another winner, Miss New York Teen USA 2023 Stephanie Skinner who will now proceed to Miss Teen USA 2023 in Reno, Nevada this September.

Last year's winners Heather Nunez and Mahdiya Chowdhury crowned their respective successors at the end of the event.

Miss America 2025 is Abbie Stockard of Alabama

Abbie Stockard from Vestavia Hills, Alabama was crowned Miss America 2025 on Sunday, January 5 at The Walt Disney Theater of the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts in Orlando, Florida. The 22-year-old nursing student and cheerleader at Auburn University beat 51 other contestants to win the national title. She succeeds last year's winner, active duty Air Force officer Madison Marsh of Colorado. Annette Addo-Yobo of Texas was named the first runner-up while Carley Jaymes Vogel of Tennessee, Casana Fink of Florida, and Stephanie Finoti of Ohio were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Plus-sized Sara Milliken crowned Miss Alabama for National American Miss 2024

Plus-sized beauty Sara Milliken was crowned the National American Miss Alabama 2024 during the state final held on May 27 at the Renaissance Marriot in Montgomery. The 23-year-old model and mental health advocate from Atmore, Alabama is now expected to represent her home state at the National American Miss 2024 competition later this year. "This is a dream that has been 8 years in the making for me," said the new National American Miss Alabama who first joined the state pageant when she was 15 years old. Angélique Angarni-Filopon from Martinique beat 29 other contestants to win Miss France 2025 on Saturday, December 14 at the Futuroscope Arena in Vienne, Nouvelle-Aquitaine. The 34-year-old flight attendant became the oldest winner of the prestigious national pageant. She also made history as the first woman from Martinique to become Miss France. Sabah Aïb of Nord-Pas-de-Calais was named first runner-up while Stella Vangioni of Corsica, Moïra André of Guadeloupe, and Lilou Emeline-Artuso of Côte d'Azur were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Miss America 2024 will be the 96th edition of the Miss America pageant — the nation's leading provider of scholarships for young women. The 51 state representatives have already been crowned and they will compete for the national title on January 14 at the Walt Disney Theater (Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts) in Orlando, Florida. Apart from raising the age limits to between 18 and 28, the 2024 competition under the new CEO Robin Ross-Fleming will also see other changes. For the first time since scrapping the swimsuit competition in 2018, there will be a segment that focuses on health and fitness. Xinying Zhu from Anhui crowned Miss Universe China

China officially crowned two national queens for Miss Universe in one year. Two separate national events were held this year. Xinying Zhu from Anhui province was recently crowned Miss Universe China following an intense one-week competition in Zhangjiajie. The 18-year-old vocational student majoring to become a flight attendant at Suzhou Aviation Vocational College is expected to represent China at Miss Universe 2026. She was crowned by her predecessor, Xue Hou, who won the national title in Sanya last July. Xue will head to the Miss Universe 2025 pageant. Milla Magee was crowned Miss England 2024 (Miss World England) on Friday, May 17 at The Grand Station in Wolverhampton. The 23-year-old qualified beach lifeguard from Newquay, Cornwall bested 39 other contestants to win the national title. She received the crown from her predecessor, the 71st Miss World Top 8 finalist who was awarded the titles Miss World Europe and Miss United Kingdom  Jessica Ashley Gagen . Charlotte Grant from Liverpool was named first runner-up while Melissa Butcher from Lancaster finished as the second runner-up.
