Reigning queens Morgan Romano of North Carolina and Faron Medhi of Nebraska will be present to crown their respective successors.

"My goal as the head of this organization is to inspire women to always create new dreams, have the courage to explore it all, and continue to preserve integrity along the way," said Layla Rose.

The next Miss USA will represent the United States at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador this November.
