Reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska tours India with sister queens


Fresh from her Malaysian trip, the reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska returns to India for a week-long tour ahead of the 71st Miss World pageant to be held in the country later this year.

The official tour of the land of diversity kicked off on Monday with a visit to Jammu and Kashmir, followed by New Delhi, Pune, and today in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Joining her were the Miss World Organization Chairman and CEO Julia Morley, PME Entertainment founder Salman Ahmed, and sister queens Sini Shetty, Jessica Gagen, Emmy Peña, Shree Saini, and Pricilia Carla Yules.

Apart from meeting dignitaries, press conferences, and enjoying Indian hospitality, one of the highlights of this trip was a visit to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at the Sassoon General Hospital in Pune.

Karolina expressed her gratitude for the heartwarming reception everywhere they go and for being treated so well. She also commended the country not only for its beauty but for its incredible achievements in many areas.

In case you missed it, India's latest historic milestone happened when the Chandrayaan-3 probe touched down on the lunar south polar region, marking a significant advancement in space exploration.

With regard to the 71st Miss World (Miss World 2023), the national directors were previously informed that the final will take place on December 9 in Mumbai.

An official announcement on whether the final date and host city have been changed is anticipated to happen anytime soon.

Señorita Colombia 2021 is Valentina Espinosa of Bolívar

Valentina Espinosa, the representative of the Bolívar department, was chosen as the new Señorita Colombia 2021 (Miss Colombia 2021) in a ceremony full of color, music, and a lot of Colombian talent on Sunday, November 14 at the Auditorio Getsemaní del Centro de Convenciones Julio Cesar Turbay Ayala in Cartagena. The 23-year-old social communication and journalism professional triumphed over 24 other beauties to win her national title. The 51 state winners competing for Miss USA 2024 have already been crowned in their respective state competitions. This year's pageant is considered the most diverse in the 73-year history of Miss USA since the Miss Universe Organization changed rules allowing all women from age 18 to compete. The 27-year-old model and actress will represent Spain at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant in Puerto Rico this November. Luren Márquez was crowned Miss Peru 2026 (Miss Universe Peru) in a special ceremony held on Wednesday, April 15 at the Teatro Municipal del Callao.
