Andrea Meza to judge Miss Universe Colombia 2023


Former Miss Universe Andrea Meza has just arrived in Barranquilla, Colombia as a special guest judge for the upcoming Miss Universe Colombia 2023 pageant.

The Mexican model and beauty queen turned Telemundo host was crowned Miss Universe 2020 in May 2021 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

A software engineering graduate and native of Chihuahua, Andrea holds the record for the shortest completed reign in Miss Universe history to date. She is the third winner from Mexico next to Lupita Jones (1991) and Ximena Navarrete (2010).

The Miss Universe Colombia 2023 final competition will take place this Saturday, September 2 at Centro de Eventos del Caribe in Puerta de Oro.

Miss Universe Peru 2026 is Luren Márquez

Luren Márquez was crowned Miss Peru 2026 (Miss Universe Peru) in a special ceremony held on Wednesday, April 15 at the Teatro Municipal del Callao. The 27-year-old television presenter and model received the crown from her predecessor Karla Bacigalupo with the presence of the reigning Miss Universe Fátima Bosch from Mexico. Born in Ica, the new Miss Universe Peru is a business administration graduate from the University of Lima. She also obtained her degree in communication from the Florida Internationl University in the USA. No stranger to pageantry, Luren placed first runner-up at the Miss Peru 2024 pageant. Miss Universe Philippines 2026 Top 6 national costumes announced

The spectacular Miss Universe Philippines 2026 national costume competition took place on Thursday, April 16 at the Urdaneta City Cultural and Sports Center in Pangasinan. This year's show, themed Water, was hosted by the reigning Miss Eco Philippines, Gabbi Carballo. The contestants took to the stage, displaying Filipino artistry through their colorful costumes. Following the competition the costumes from Baguio City , Roxie Baeyens, Iloilo Province , Nicklyn Jutay, Negros Occidental , Alexandria Colmenares, Pampanga , Allyson Hetland, Pangasinan , Donna Nuguid, and Tacloban City , Jacqueline Gulrajani were announced the Top 6. Patthama Jitsawat, representing the Thai province of Chonburi, was crowned Miss Grand Thailand 2026 on Saturday, March 28 at MGI Hall in Bangkok. The 32-year-old beauty edged out 76 other contestants to win the national competition. She succeeds last year's winner Sarunrat Puagpipat of Phuket. Fatima Bosch was crowned Miss Universe Mexico 2025 on Saturday, September 13 at Sala Placido Domingo (Conjunto Santander de Artes Escénicas) in Zapopan, Jalisco. The 21-year-old business administration student from Tochigi Prefecture beat over 40 other contestants to win the national title.
