Miss Universe Italy 2023 is Carmen Panepinto


Carmen Panepinto Zavati bested 20 other competitors to be crowned Miss Universe Italy 2023 on Sunday, October 8 at the Lo Smeraldo in Canosa di Puglia.

The 24-year-old beauty representing the region of Marche holds a degree in electronics engineering and currently pursuing her master's in biorobotics.

Andrea Pepi and Filomena Venuso were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Marcella Marlene Casillo and Camilla Franchetto were the rest of the Top 5 finalists.

Completing the Top 10 were Arianna Galli, Federica Iacopino, Federica Negri, Ginevra Morganti, and Michelle Bonati.

The new Miss Universe Italy succeeds last year's winner Virginia Stablum and will now prepare to represent Italy at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador this November.
