Miss World 2023 final postponed to March 2024


Miss World national directors were recently informed via email that the 71st Miss World (Miss World 2023) final has been moved to March 2024. No reason was given.

According to several news outlets, the decision to change the dates for the competition from December 2023 was due to the upcoming elections in the host country.

Over 100 contestants are expected to arrive in New Delhi, India on February 3 for a month-long activities leading to the final on March 2.

The Miss World Organization (MWO) has yet to make an official announcement confirming the new schedules. Considering some changes made previously, we can't be sure if the dates will change again.

The MWO had earlier announced the competition to take place in Dubai in May before it was shifted for unknown reasons to India for later this year.

Miss World Singapore 2025 is Katerina Delvina

Katerina Delvina, 28, bested nine other finalists to be crowned Miss World Singapore 2025 in a recently held national competition in Singapore. The biomedical research student, model, and passionate advocate for charity work will represent Singapore in the upcoming Miss World 2025 competition in Hyderabad, India. Arantxa, Tanisha Tan, Anurathi and Dhivvya were named the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The new Miss World Singapore was crowned by her predecessor Oh Wei Qi. Miss Botswana 2025 is Ruth Thomas from Masunga

Ruth Thomas was crowned Miss Botswana 2025 (Miss World Bostwana) on Saturday, March 22 at The Grand Palm Hotel Casino Convention Resort in Gaborone. The 24-year-old clothing and textile design graduate from the village of Masunga bested nine other finalists to win the national title. She succeeds last year's winner Anicia Gaothusi from Tutume and is expected to represent Botswana at the 73rd Miss World competition. Her predecessor who was crowned a year ago will head to the upcoming 72nd Miss World in Hyderabad, India this May. The new Miss World Botswana works as a beauty advisor and is also a model and poet. Four new queens have been crowned at the culmination of the Bellezas Globales de Nicaragua 2025 pageant held on Sunday, March 23 at the Teatro Nacional Rubén Darío in Managua. Karen Jansen to represent Belgium at the 72nd Miss World

Reigning Miss Belgium Karen Jansen, 23, has been officially announced as Belgium's representative in the upcoming Miss World 2025 competition. The psychology student and freelance model from the province of Limburg was recently crowned Miss Belgium 2025 last month in De Panne. Karen will compete with over 100 contestants from around the world to become the next Miss World this May in Hyderabad, India. Belgium has yet to win the Miss World crown since its first participation in 1969. The country's highest placement was in 1996 when Belgian model Laurence Borremans made the Top 10. Tarlac's Jasmine Omay appointed Universal Woman Philippines 2025

Jasmine Omay has been appointed as Universal Woman Philippines 2025 and was officially crowned in a special ceremony held on Tuesday, March 25 in Quezon City. The 27-year-old events host, model and pilot from Tarlac will represent the Philippines at the Universal Woman 2025 pageant in Jaipur, India this June. Miss Universe Philippines 2025: Meet the contestants

Miss Universe Philippines 2025, the 6th edition of the annual Miss Universe Philippines pageant will be held this May at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. Sixty-nine contestants representing various municipalities, cities, and provinces of the Philippines will compete for a chance to represent the country at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. The contestants were officially revealed in an official press presentation held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Makati City last month.
