South Africa's Enhle Mdakane wins Miss Eco Teen 2023


South Africa's Enhle Mdakane was crowned Miss Eco Teen 2023 on Thursday, November 2 at the Concorde El Salam in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.

The 14-year-old beauty based in Sandton became the first-ever South African to win the international title. She succeeded last year's winner Cherisha Chanda from India.

Anna Hoang of Vietnam was named first runner-up while Anthea Tofani of Indonesia, Anouck van Heerden of the Netherlands, and Phoebe Huang of China were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively.

This year's competition marked the fifth edition of the Miss Eco Teen pageant.

The new Miss Eco Teen is a talented dancer, model, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. She advocates for youth empowerment and the environment.

Raschel Alexandra Paz Archila, representing Ciudad Capital, was crowned Miss Universe Guatemala 2025 in a national competition held on Saturday, July 12 in the city of Quetzaltenango. The 24-year-old model will now prepare to represent Guatemala at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. She succeeds last year's winner Ana Gabriela Villanueva. The 21-year-old business administration student from Tochigi Prefecture beat over 40 other contestants to win the national title.
