Jio World Convention Centre, venue of the 71st Miss World final on March 9 in Mumbai


The 71st Miss World is set to conclude on March 9 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, marking the end of three weeks filled with exciting activities in Delhi and Mumbai.

Spanning over 100,000 square meters, the Jio World Convention Centre stands as a premier venue for a wide range of events.

Established in March 2022, it plays a vital role in the Jio World Centre, showcasing the very best of India and the world.

As a hub for innovation, advancement, and cultural heritage, it offers versatile spaces for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

With its grand scale and influence, it exemplifies India's significant global presence and stands as one of the largest convention and exhibition spaces in the country.

More than 100 Beauty With a Purpose representing different countries and territories from around the world will be vying for the 71st Miss World.

The highly anticipated festival will kick off this Tuesday, February 20 with an opening ceremony taking place in New Delhi.

Giulia Zanoni, representing La Unión, was crowned Miss Universe El Salvador 2025 on Friday, September 26 at Palacio Tecleño in Santa Tecla. The 20-year-old international relations student succeeds last year's winner Florence Gisselle Garcia and will represent El Salvador at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Miss Universe 2026 host country and venue officially announced

The Miss Universe Organization has officially confirmed that Puerto Rico will be the host country for the Miss Universe 2026 pageant. Puerto Rican politician Jenniffer González Colón also made an announcement in a conference held on Tuesday, September 23 in San Juan. The 75th Miss Universe edition will be held in November 2026 at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot, the largest indoor entertainment and sports arena in Puerto Rico. Reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark was present at the conference alongside former winners from Puerto Rico — Deborah Carthy-Deu (1985), Dayanara Torres (1993), Denise Quiñones (2001), and Zuleyka Rivera (2006). Former Miss International Queen winner Nguyen Huong Giang has been officially announced on Wednesday, September 25 as Miss Universe Vietnam 2025. The 33-year-old model, singer and actress from Hanoi made history as the first ever transgender woman to represent Vietnam at Miss Universe. Huong Giang rose to prominence when she joined the fourth season of Vietnam Idol. She also competed and won The Amazing Race Vietnam 2014 with her ex-boyfriend Criss Lai. The 26-year-old from São Sebastião, Setúbal made history as the first married woman and mother to become Miss Universe Portugal.
