Miss Universe Colombia 2024: Meet the contestants

The Miss Universe Colombia 2024 selection and coronation night will be held on Sunday, June 2 at Centro de convenciones Puerta de Oro in Barranquilla.

A preliminary competition will take place at the same venue on Friday, May 31 for the judges to determine who among the contestants will move forward to the semifinals.

Thirty beauties representing different departments of Colombia are currently vying for the highly coveted national title currently held by last year's winner from Casanare, Camila Avella.

Camila was the first-ever mother to be crowned Miss Universe Colombia. She competed in Miss Universe 2023 and placed in the Top 5 last November in San Salvador, El Salvador.

The next Miss Universe Colombia will go on to represent the country at the Miss Universe 2024 (73rd Miss Universe) pageant in Mexico later this year.

Meet the Top 16 finalists for Miss Universe Malaysia 2025

The Top 16 finalists vying for Miss Universe Malaysia 2025 have been officially revealed in a press conference held on Thursday, July 31 at Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Bangsar. Former Miss Grand International Malaysia and runner-up of Miss Universe Malaysia 2020 Charissa Chong was also announced as the new national director during the event. The 28-year-old model and influencer will now prepare to represent Chile at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this November. Nadia Mejia-Webb, representing Comunidad USA, was crowned Miss Universe Ecuador 2025 in a national competition held on Saturday, July 26 at Palacio de Cristal in Guayaquil. The 29-year-old model and singer will now prepare to represent Ecuador at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November.
