Miss Earth Wales 2024 is Grace Gavigan from Port Talbot

Bee advocate from Port Talbot, Grace Gavigan, was crowned Miss Earth Wales 2024 in a competition held last Sunday, May 26 at the Memo Arts Centre in Barry.

The 18-year-old Wildlife Trust volunteer and OhSoEco ambassador who founded Pollinator Pathways NPT succeeds last year's winner Carys Mai Havard.

Sarann John, Megan Evans, and Georgia Grace Williams were crowned Miss Earth Wales Air, Miss Earth Wales Water, and Miss Earth Wales Fire 2024, respectively.

The new Miss Earth Wales will now prepare to represent the "Land of Song" at the Miss Earth 2024 pageant in Asia later this year.

"As Miss Earth Wales I will continue to dream of a greener, wilder future and actively promote the preservation of our precious environment and the protection of Mother Earth on a global scale," Grace shared online.
