Hrafnhildur Haraldsdóttir to represent Iceland at Miss Earth 2024

After 4 years, Iceland is set to return to the Miss Earth pageant with the newly announced Miss Earth Iceland 2024 Hrafnhildur Haraldsdóttir.

Hrafnhildur, 20, from Reykjavík, will represent the land of "fire and ice" at the Miss Earth 2024 (24th Miss Earth) competition in Asia later this year.

She is the first Miss Earth Iceland under the Ungfrú Ísland (Miss Iceland) organization, the same license holder for Miss Universe and Miss Supranational pageants.

No stranger to pageantry, Hrafnhildur was crowned Miss Universe Iceland 2022 and went on to compete in the 71st Miss Universe held in New Orleans.

Iceland, a Nordic island country, debuted at the Miss Earth pageant in 2007 and went on a 12-year hiatus before returning in 2020.
