Miss Elite 2024 is Juvyel Anne Saluta of the Philippines


Juvyel Anne Saluta of the Philippines was crowned Miss Elite 2024 in a glittering event held on Friday, September 13 in Soma Bay, a coastal resort on the Red Sea in Egypt.

The 20-year-old model beat over 30 other competitors to win the international title for the first time in the history of her country. She also bagged the Best Smile award.

Victoria Maneiro of Venezuela was named first runner-up while Irene Grande of Spain, Sofia Gonzales of Mexico, and Stevanie Tawana Sheldrick of Indonesia were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively.

"First and foremost, I want to say a huge thank you to Lord God for His guidance. I actually asked God for a sign—a butterfly. Little did I know, I would be wearing a butterfly gown! I felt His presence with me every step of the way," the new Miss Elite shared online.

Juvyel succeeds last year's winner Mejreme Hajdaraj from Kosovo.

Melissa Queenie Sapini was officially crowned Miss Universe Haiti 2025 in a special ceremony held on Saturday, October 18 at The Palm Theater (Embassy Suites) in Boca Raton, Florida. The 22-year-old Haitian-American TV host will now prepare to represent Haiti at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this November. No stranger to pageantry, the new Miss Universe Haiti is a former Miss Massachusetts USA. She competed in Miss USA 2024 in Los Angeles, California and made the Top 10. Miss USA 2025, the much-awaited 74th Miss USA pageant will be held on Friday, October 24 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. This year's competition marks the fourth occasion it will take place in Reno after 2019, 2022, and 2023. Also, this will be the first edition under the leadership of the new Chairman, President, and CEO, Thom Brodeur.
