Miss Universe Egypt 2024 is Logina Salah from Alexandria


Logina Salah, a 34-year-old mother of one from Alexandria, was crowned Miss Universe Egypt 2024 during the national final recently held in Cairo.

She succeeds last year's winner Mohra Tantawy and will now prepare to represent Egypt at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico this November.

Sarah Wanas was named Miss Universe Egypt 2024 - Tourism and People's Choice award winner while Mirielle Azer clinched the title Miss Universe Egypt 2024 - Peace Ambassador.

Sarah Diab, Shorouk Elzoghbi, Orchida Ahmed, and Roanne Younes were the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively.

The new Miss Universe Egypt is an advocate for body positivity as she herself has suffered from bullying since she was eight years old due to her rare skin condition.

Besides being the first mother to become Miss Universe Egypt, she also made history as the first-ever contestant with vitiligo to compete in Miss Universe.

"Humbled to be the very first woman with a skin condition to win a universal pageant and being a mom proved that nothing can stop you from achieving your dreams," she wrote online.

"I promise you that I will keep breaking the mold of the narrow beauty standards, and I will continue my message as an inspirational transformational leader," she added.

"Together we will continue writing history & rising above adversity."

Polish-American Emily Reng to represent Poland at Miss Universe 2025

Polish-American Emily Reng was officially announced by the Miss Polonia organization as Miss Universe Poland 2025 on Wednesday, October 22. The 20-year-old will now prepare to represent Poland at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this coming November. Emily is a graduate of John Hersey High School in Arlington Heights, Illinois and is currently a student at the University of South Carolina. The new Miss Universe Poland is no stranger to pageantry. Miss Universe 2025 competition kicks off in Bangkok, Thailand

The 74th Miss Universe pageant has officially commenced in Bangkok, Thailand, as over 120 beauties from across the world gather to vie for the most coveted crown. Clad in their arrival ensembles, the contestants were escorted to the Chatrium Hotel & Residence Riverside Bangkok, one of the official accommodations for this year's event. Former Miss Queen of Portugal Camila Vitorino was crowned Miss Universe Portugal 2025 last Saturday, June 14 in the beautiful and historic city of Elvas. The 26-year-old from São Sebastião, Setúbal made history as the first married woman and mother to become Miss Universe Portugal. Laura Malaquias, Diliana Fernandes, and Ivone Carneiro were announced as the first, second, and third runners-up, respectively. The 25-year-old singer and image consultant from the province of Entre Rios beat 27 other contestants to win the national title.
