Miss Universe Indonesia 2025 is Sanly Liuu


Sanly Liuu was crowned Miss Universe Indonesia 2025 in a glittering event held on Monday, September 22 in Jakarta.

The 29-year-old entrepreneur and influencer also bagged the Fan Favorite award. She will now prepare to represent Indonesia at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November.

Rita Nurmaliza and Kirana Larasati were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Merry Puteri was awarded Miss Elegance.

The new Miss Universe Indonesia received her crown from last year's winner Clara Shafira Krebs who competed in Miss Universe 2024 last November in Mexico.

Katia Buchicchio, representing Basilicata, was crowned Miss Italy 2025 on Monday, September 15 at PalaSavelli in Porto San Giorgio. The 18-year-old dentistry student from Anzi bested 39 other contestants to win the prestigious national title. Rhythmic gymnastics coach Asia Campanelli, 19, and modern literature student Fanny Tardioli, 24, placed second and third, respectively. Miss USA 2025, the much-awaited 74th Miss USA pageant will be held on Friday, October 24 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. This year's competition marks the fourth occasion it will take place in Reno after 2019, 2022, and 2023. Also, this will be the first edition under the leadership of the new Chairman, President, and CEO, Thom Brodeur. Midori Monet of the USA was crowned Miss International Queen 2025 on Saturday, September 20 at the Tiffany's Show Pattaya in Thailand. The 26-year-old stunner from Seattle, Washington bested 22 other beauties from around the world to win the prestigious international beauty title for transgender women. She succeeded last year's winner Catalina Marsano from Peru. Besides winning the highly coveted crown, she was also awarded the Preliminary Best Performance and Best National Costume.
