From the Top 20, only 10 finalists have been selected to continue their journey to the Miss Namibia 2024 crown. The Top 10 were officially revealed during the preliminary competition held on Saturday, May 11 at Droombos Windhoek. This year's much-awaited final competition date and venue have yet to be announced. The Miss Namibia organization headed by Umbi Karuaihe-Upi currently holds the national license for Miss Universe, Miss World, and Miss Earth pageants. Last year's winner Jameela Uiras went to Miss Universe 2023 last November in El Salvador where she placed in the Top 20. Due to Miss World rules, Namibia's next Miss World representative has to be a national winner. Last year's first runner-up, Albertina Haimbala, was designated for Miss Earth 2024 instead of the 72nd Miss World.
