Miss Trinidad and Tobago 2024: Meet the contestants

A total of 11 beauties have been officially announced as contenders for Miss Trinidad and Tobago 2024.

One of them will be crowned Miss Supranational Trinidad and Tobago 2024 tonight in Couva while the rest of the contestants will continue to fight for Miss Universe Trinidad and Tobago 2024.

Candiesha Joseph's successor will go to Poland for the Miss Supranational 2024 competition this July.

The next Miss Universe Trinidad and Tobago, Faith Gillezeau's successor, will travel to Mexico for Miss Universe 2024 later this year.

Alejandra Rodríguez, 60, crowned Miss Universe Buenos Aires 2024

Alejandra Rodríguez was crowned Miss Universe Buenos Aires 2024 in a competition held on Sunday, April 21 at Corregidor Hotel in La Plata. The 60-year-old lawyer and journalist bested more than 30 other contestants to win the title. She will now prepare to represent Buenos Aires at Miss Universe Argentina 2024. To recall, the Miss Universe Organization removed the age limit requirement last year so now anyone from the age of 18 can join the pageant and this applies to all its national franchises. The grand final for this year's Miss Universe Argentina will be held on May 25 and the winner will go to Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico later this year. Miss Czech Republic 2024 is Adéla Štroffeková

The Miss Czech Republic 2024 concluded on Saturday, May 11 with Adéla Štroffeková winning the national title from a field of 10 finalists. The 21-year-old model from Prague, who was also named Miss World Czech Republic 2024, received her crown from reigning Miss World Krystyna Pyszková. Hosted by Ondrej Novotny, this year's event marked the 15th anniversary of the annual Miss Czech Republic pageant. Four other worthy finalists were also crowned as representatives of the country for various international competitions. They are Veronica Biasiol (Miss Grand Czech Republic 2024), Michaela Macháčková (Miss Supranational Czech Republic 2025), Alina Demenťjeva (Miss International Czech Republic 2024), and Julie Smékalová (Miss Intercontinental Czech Republic 2024). Mister Supranational Thailand 2024 is Joe Chonlawit Wongsriwor

The Mister and Miss Supranational Thailand 2024 final competition was held on Friday, May 10 at the at Crystal Design Center (CDC) in Bangkok. Joe Chonlawit Wongsriwor, a 27-year-old professional Thai-English event host hailing from Khon Kaen, was declared Mister Supranational Thailand 2024. Thomas Tom Suppakit Oupkham and Spencer Puvarak Poemnam Munday were the first and second runners-up, respectively. Future Pattawee Waimethachoknugun, Third Boonkarit Sappradit, and Mheepooh Puttimet Naulsaard were the Top 6 and were all third runners-up. The new Mister Supranational Thailand succeeds last year's winner who made the Top 10 at Mister Supranational 2023, Topz Nathanon Narathanyawirun. Chonlawit will soon travel to Poland for the Mister Supranational 2024 competition which is scheduled for July 4 in Nowy Sącz. New Miss USA and Miss Teen USA franchise partner announced

Fashion designer Laylah Rose has been announced as the new license holder and will serve as the president and CEO for the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageants. The founder of Laylah Rose Couture and also the CEO of VIP Pageantry replaces Miss Brand and former Miss USA national director Crystle Stewart. Reno, Nevada will again host this year's Miss USA and Miss Teen USA with Emmy Award-winning executive producer Kerri Zane of Kerri Zane Enterprises and Bud Brutsman of Brentwood Communications International, Inc. handling the productions. The much-awaited Miss USA 2023 and Miss Teen USA 2023 competitions will take place at the Grand Sierra Resort the week of September 25, 2023. Further details have yet to be announced. Miss Namibia 2024: Meet the Top 10 finalists

From the Top 20, only 10 finalists have been selected to continue their journey to the Miss Namibia 2024 crown. The Top 10 were officially revealed during the preliminary competition held on Saturday, May 11 at Droombos Windhoek. This year's much-awaited final competition date and venue have yet to be announced. The Miss Namibia organization headed by Umbi Karuaihe-Upi currently holds the national license for Miss Universe, Miss World, and Miss Earth pageants. Last year's winner Jameela Uiras went to Miss Universe 2023 last November in El Salvador where she placed in the Top 20. Due to Miss World rules, Namibia's next Miss World representative has to be a national winner. Last year's first runner-up, Albertina Haimbala, was designated for Miss Earth 2024 instead of the 72nd Miss World. Miss Grand Spain 2024 is Susana Medina of Las Palmas

Susana Medina was crowned Miss Grand Spain 2024 in a glittering competition held on Saturday, May 11 at Theatre Municipal Horacio Noguera, Isla Cristina, Huelva. The 25-year-old representative of Las Palmas bested 34 other contestants to win the national title. She succeeds last year's winner Celia Sevilla and will now represent Spain at Miss Grand International 2024. Idayra Tena of Tenerife was named first runner-up while Adriana Corpas of Tarragona, Luana Gheban of Albacete, and Esther Escudero of Euskadi were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The Top 10 were María Llamas of Andalusia, Rocio Mengual of Córdoba, Gema Adrover of Mediterranean, Mayka Rodríguez of Seville, and Ainhoa Gallego of Toledo. Miss Hawaii USA 2023 is Savannah Gankiewicz

Miss Wailea Savannah Gankiewicz was crowned Miss Hawaii USA 2023 in a state competition held on Sunday, January 15 at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu. The 27-year-old model of Filipino, Vietnamese and Polish descent from Maui was also awarded Miss Photogenic. She will now represent Hawaii at the Miss USA 2023 pageant in Reno, Nevada later this year. Kawena Kan-Hai, Breea Yamat, Mikayla Baptista, and Ronelle Valera were announced as the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Last year's titleholder who competed in Miss USA 2022 last October, Kiana Yamat, passed the crown to her successor at the end of the event. Savannah Gankiewicz officially crowned Miss USA 2023 in Hawaii

Hawaii's Savannah Gankiewicz has officially received her sash and crown as the new Miss USA 2023. Her coronation ceremony was held on Wednesday, May 15 at 'Alohilani Resort Waikīkī Beach in Honolulu with the presence of Governor Josh Green. The Miss USA organization recently announced the Maui native as the new titleholder following the resignation of Noelia Voigt to prioritize her mental health. Savannah, who was first runner-up at last year's competition, decided to take over the remaining months of Noelia's reign and is expected to pass her crown at Miss USA 2024 in California this August. Her successor will represent the United States of America at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant to be held in Mexico later this year. Tangkwa Kasama Suetrong was crowned Miss Supranational Thailand 2024 on Friday, May 10 at Crystal Design Center (CDC) in Bangkok. The 28-year-old model hailing from the province of Surat Thani succeeds last year's winner and Miss Supranational 2023 Top 24, First Patraporn Wang  Rina Carina Mueller and Anna Corvino were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Aom Natthawan Pusakul, Bee Rutchaneekorn Prasertpornsak, and Mookku Thanatchaporn Pankaew rounded out the Top 6 finalists.
