Valerie Clairisse Solís Valderrama has been officially announced as Miss Earth Panama 2022 on Wednesday, October 5 at Envy Club Panama in Panama City. The 18-year-old model, gymnast and ambassador of Panama Academica will represent her country at the Miss Earth 2022 pageant in the Philippines this November. No stranger to pageantry, Valeria held the titles Miss Teenager Panama and Miss Teenager Universe 2020. Last year's Miss Earth Panama, Jillyan Chue relinquished her crown during the special coronation ceremony held by Panameña Universal Organization. Panama has yet to win the Miss Earth title. Its highest placement was in 2006 with Stefanie de Roux Martin who finished in the Top 8. Former Miss Distrito Capital and Miss Venezuela 2019 third runner-up Oriana Pablos has been officially named Miss Earth Venezuela 2022 on Tuesday, October 4. Hosted by Miss Supranational Venezuela 2021 Valentina Sánchez Trivella and Ronald Sanoja, the special unveiling, and the crowning ceremony was broadcasted on Globovisión with the attendance of Miss Earth Venezuela Organization President Prince Julio César and Elizabeth Gasiba, the former titleholder who resigned due to personal reasons. Ziphozethu Sithebe was named Miss Earth South Africa 2022 on Thursday, September 29 at the Southern Sun Rosebank in Johannesburg. The 21-year-old TV personality and an aspiring pilot succeeded last year's titleholder Nompumelelo Maduna and will now prepare to represent South Africa at the Miss Earth 2022 pageant in the Philippines this November. Julia Baryga has been officially announced as Miss Earth Poland 2022 on Thursday, September 22 and she will represent her country at Miss Earth 2022 in the Philippines this November. The 19-year-old industrial biotechnology student at the Lodz University of Technology was named the second runner-up during Miss Polonia 2022 national final in May. "It's official news - I will represent Poland at the Miss Earth 2022 final in the Philippines. Keep your fingers crossed for me," she announced on social media. Poland last joined Miss Earth in 2020 with Sabina Półtawska who placed in the Top 8. The country has yet to win the Philippine-based international pageant since joining for the first time in 2002. Filipino-Chinese Charmaine Maurice Fallaria Ng was crowned Miss Earth Singapore 2022 in a glittering competition that took place last night at the One Farrer Hotel. The 23-year-old registered nurse bested 13 other finalists to win the national title. She will now prepare to represent Singapore at Miss Earth 2022 in the Philippines this November. Diana Andimba (left) has been officially announced as Miss Earth Namibia 2022 on Monday, September 12, and she will go to the Philippines to compete for Miss Earth 2022 this November. The 23-year-old philanthropist, aspiring chef, and architect in training from Windhoek was the second runner-up during Miss Namibia 2022 pageant held last August 12 at the Windhoek Country Club Resort and Casino. For the first time in Miss Namibia's history, four representatives will represent Namibia on the global stage.
