Miss Grand Indonesia 2024 is Nova Liana from South Sumatra

Nova Liana was crowned Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia 2024 (Miss Grand Indonesia 2024) on Sunday, May 19 at Istora Senayan in Jakarta. The 23-year-old beauty from Palembang, South Sumatra bested more than 40 other contestants to win the national title. She will represent Indonesia at Miss Grand International 2024 in Myanmar this October. Stevanie Tawana Sheldrick of Riau Islands placed second and was awarded the title of Miss Elite Indonesia 2024. She is expected to compete in Miss Elite 2024 in Egypt. The rest of the runners-up were Olivia Stevanie of DKI Jakarta 7, Yulinar Fitriani of West Java, Olla Levina of DKI Jakarta 2, and Anindya Gupita Prabandari of DI Yogyakarta. Palembang's Ritassya Wellgreat Waynands bested 19 other competitors to be crowned Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia 2023 (Miss Grand Indonesia 2023) on Thursday, June 8 at Ciputra Artpreneur in Jakarta. The 22-year-old model and summa cum laude alumna of Sriwijaya University will represent Indonesia at Miss Grand International 2023 in Vietnam this October. Rounding out the Top 5 finalists were Valerie Avril, Chesy Anribka, Vanessa Hatter, and Sahida Sheik. As runners-up, they are expected to be designated for Miss Face of Humanity 2023, Miss Eco International 2024, Reina Hispanoamericana 2023, and World Top Model 2023. Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia 2023: Meet the Top 20 finalists

Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia 2023, a national pageant organized by Yayasan Dunia Mega Bintang and its founder Ivan Gunawan already kicked off last month. Following an audition round held at Le Meridien Jakarta in early March, the selected Top 20 finalists vying for the national titles at stake have been officially revealed. The finalists' orientation will be in May while the grand coronation will take place in June at a venue yet to be announced. Ivan Gunawan's YouTube channel will broadcast the final show. This year's competition will crown the main winner as Indonesia's representative to Miss Grand International 2023. At the end of the event, Miss Grand International 2022 second runner-up Andina Julie will pass the crown to her successor as Miss Grand Indonesia. The rest of the Top 5 finalists will go to Miss Face of Humanity 2023, Miss Eco International 2023, Reina Hispanoamericana 2023, and another international pageant that has not yet been revealed. Miss Grand Indonesia 2022 is Andina Julie

After some deliberation and close interview with some contestants, Miss Grand Indonesia national director Ivan Gunawan appointed Andina Julie as Miss Grand Indonesia 2022. The 21-year-old model and singer from South Sumatra will represent her country at the Miss Grand International 2022 competition later this year. Andina succeeds Miss Grand Indonesia 2021 and Miss Grand International Top 10 finalist Sophia Rogan. Her official crowning ceremony will take place this February with the new crown. FAVORITES: Best-dressed at Miss Grand International 2021 sash ceremony

Miss Grand International 2021 contestants' orientation and sash ceremony was held on Wednesday, November 17 at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort in Thailand. The reigning Miss Grand International from the United States of America, Abena Appiah, led the traditional MGI event. Miss Grand Indonesia 2021 is Sophia Rogan

Indonesian-English model from Bali, Sophia Rogan, has been officially named Miss Grand Indonesia 2021 on Thursday, May 20. The 19-year-old beauty was chosen to succeed Miss Grand Indonesia 2020 and Miss Grand International 2020 third runner-up Aurra Kharishma. "With this platform, my goal is to embody an authentic and genuine spirit, and use my voice to stand up for what I believe in - because at the end of the day making a positive impact in the world is what really matters," she wrote on her official social media page.
