Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia 2023 is Ritassya Wellgreat


Palembang's Ritassya Wellgreat Waynands bested 19 other competitors to be crowned Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia 2023 (Miss Grand Indonesia 2023) on Thursday, June 8 at Ciputra Artpreneur in Jakarta.

The 22-year-old model and summa cum laude alumna of Sriwijaya University will represent Indonesia at Miss Grand International 2023 in Vietnam this October.

Rounding out the Top 5 finalists were Valerie Avril, Chesy Anribka, Vanessa Hatter, and Sahida Sheik.

As runners-up, they are expected to be designated for Miss Face of Humanity 2023, Miss Eco International 2024, Reina Hispanoamericana 2023, and World Top Model 2023.

The rest of the Top 10 semifinalists were Febby Deng, Michelle Ayu, Rayya Haqq, Vania Agustina, and Vinnilya Huanggrio

Last year's titleholder and Miss Grand International 2022 second runner-up, Andina Julie, passed the crown to her successor at the end of the event.

Philippines' Alexie Caimoso Brooks crowned Miss Eco International 2025

Alexie Caimoso Brooks from the Philippines was crowned Miss Eco International 2025 on Saturday, April 19 at the Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza in Egypt. The 24-year-old athlete and model from the province of Iloilo became the third Filipina to win the international pageant next to Cynthia Thomalla (2018) and Kathleen Paton (2022). Yulinar Fitrani of Indonesia was named first runner-up while Yelyzaveta Adamska of Ukraine, Cynthia Murillo of the USA, and Victoria Repollo Inglis of the United Kingdom finished second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Plus-sized beauty Sara Milliken was crowned the National American Miss Alabama 2024 during the state final held on May 27 at the Renaissance Marriot in Montgomery. Luna Negrín, repesenting Madrid, was crowned Miss Supranational Spain 2025 during the Miss RNB España 2025 final gala held on Saturday, April 12 at the Teatre Auditori Salou (TAS). The 21-year-old journalism student will represent Spain at Miss Supranational 2025 in Poland this June. She succeeds last year's winner Elizabeth Laker. Alexie Mae Brooks was officially designated as Miss Eco International Philippines 2025 in a ceremony following the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 pageant on May 22 in Pasay City. The 22-year-old national athlete from Iloilo City is now expected to represent the Philippines at Miss Eco International 2025 in Egypt on a date yet to be announced. She succeeds Cebu City's Chantal Elise Schmidt, who placed first runner-up at Miss Eco International 2024 which was held last month in Cairo. Reigning Miss Denmark Emma Heyst has been officially announced by the Miss Denmark Organization as Miss World Denmark 2025. The 22-year-old was crowned Miss Denmark 2024 in September last year in Copenhagen. She will now prepare to represent Denmark at Miss World 2025 in India this coming May. According to the national pageant organization, Emma is future sociology student, philanthropist, model and sports enthusiast who has been involved in humanitarian work for years.
