Miss Russia 2023 is Margarita Golubeva

Margarita Golubeva was crowned Miss Russia 2023 in a glittering national competition held on Sunday, October 8 in Moscow. The 22-year-old model and student from St. Petersburg received her crown from last year's titleholder  Anna Linnikova . She is now expected to represent Russia at both Miss Universe and Miss World pageants. Elizaveta Dudina from Togliatti and Lyubov Khokholova from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) were the first and second runners-up, respectively. The new Miss Russia is currently studying at the Russian Customs Academy (Faculty of Customs Affairs) and Moscow State Institute of Culture (Faculty of Musical Arts). She is a former contestant on "The Voice" and is passionate about singing, dancing, and sports. No stranger to pageantry, she previously won the title Miss Student of Russia 2021 and also participated in Miss Europe 2023 where finished as first runner-up. Miss World America 2023 is Victoria DiSorbo of Tennessee

Victoria DiSorbo was crowned Miss World America 2023 in a national competition held on Thursday, October 5 at the Meydenbauer Center Theatre in Bellevue, Washington. The 25-year-old representing the state of Tennessee will now prepare to compete on behalf of the United States of America at Miss World 2023 in India this December. She succeeds Shree Saini, Miss World America 2020 who placed first runner-up at the 70th Miss World. Athenna Crosby of Utah, Jade Lin Glab of the District of Columbia, Nkechi Okorie of Minnesota, and María Cepero Jimenez of Connecticut were the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Miss World Myanmar 2023 is Yoon Theint Theint Nway

Yoon Theint Theint Nway bested 13 other competitors to be crowned Miss World Myanmar 2023 on Sunday, October 1 at the Hexagon Complex in Yangon. The 19-year-old Danu ethnic beauty from Pindaya in the Southern Shan State will now prepare to represent Myanmar at Miss World 2023 in India this December. In addition to the national title, she also bagged several awards including the Media's Choice, the People's Choice, and the Beauty With A Purpose. Thandar Soe was named first runner-up while Zan Htate Htar, May Mon, and Thet Htar Khin were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Miss Thailand World 2023 is Tharina Botes

Tharina Botes was crowned Miss Thailand World 2023 in a glittering competition held on Sunday, October 1 at the Palladium Hall of The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam in Bangkok. The 26-year-old Thai-South African model from Phuket will now prepare to represent Thailand at Miss World 2023 in India this December. Warangkhana Sirisathaphornsap and Ploiwarin Saenchai were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Chotnapa Kaewjarun and Chaba Jumsai Na Ayudhya rounded out the Top 5 finalists. Phitchawan Promthan, Melanie Flay, Supassara Supanya, Krongthong Chantarasompoch, and Prima Boonyavej were the rest of the Top 10 semifinalists. The three winners of Miss Ukraine 2023 who will represent Ukraine in international pageants were officially announced on Monday, September 25 through social media. Sofia Shamia, an 18-year-old student from the Kyiv region was named Miss Ukraine 2023 (Miss World Ukraine 2023) and will compete in Miss World 2023 in India on December 16. The title of Miss International Ukraine 2023 went to Sofia Zgoba, 18, from Lviv region, and she will go to Japan for Miss International 2023 on October 26. Anastasia Feyer, 21, from Zakarpattia, was proclaimed Miss Earth Ukraine 2023 and will be sent to Vietnam for Miss Earth 2023 on December 22. This year's Miss Ukraine pageant was held entirely online due to the ongoing armed conflicts in Ukraine. The winners were selected by public votes. Miss World Slovenia 2023 is Alida Tomanič

Alida Tomanič was crowned Miss Slovenije 2023 (Miss World Slovenia 2023) in a national competition held on Thursday, September 21 in Radlje ob Dravi. The 19-year-old architecture student from Ptuj bested 11 other finalists to win the national title. She is now expected to represent Slovenia at Miss World 2024. Her predecessor, last year's winner Vida Milivojša will go to the 72nd Miss World (Miss World 2023) in New Delhi, India this December. Aleksandra Matan was named first runner-up while Tijana Bektašević finished as the second runner-up. 2023 major international pageant's final schedules

After the conclusion of Miss Supranational 2023 with Ecuador's Andrea Aguilera winning the title in Małopolska, Poland, there are five more international events to watch out for this year. The last three months of the year will be packed with prestigious beauty pageants taking place in Vietnam, Japan, El Salvador, and India. Miss Grand International 2023, the 11th Miss Grand International, will take place this October 25 at the Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The next day (October 26), Miss International will hold its 61st edition (Miss International 2023) in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan. Come November, Miss Universe 2023, the 72nd Miss Universe pageant will be held in San Salvador, El Salvador with the final date recently announced as November 18. It's official — Miss World 2023, the 71st Miss World final, will be held on December 16 in India's capital city of New Delhi. The Miss World Organization mentioned the news when the reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska and CEO Julia Morley went to the Philippines this week. "After their Manila visit, Julia and Karolina will be in preparation for the much-awaited 71st edition of the Miss World Final to be held in New Delhi, India on December 16th." New Delhi has great historical significance as an important commercial, transportation, and cultural center, as well as the political hub of India. The city is home to the iconic India Gate, a war memorial built in memory of the soldiers who sacrificed their lives fighting for the British Army in World War I. This is India's second time hosting Miss World after 1996 in Bangalore. 70th Miss World Karolina Bielawska visits the Philippines

Reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska touched down in Manila, Philippines on Wednesday, September 20 for her first official visit to the country. She was accompanied by Miss World CEO and Chairperson Julia Morley as they were welcomed at the Ninoy Aquino International Aiport by Miss World Philippines 2022 Gwendolyne Fourniol and national director Arnold Vegafria. According to the Miss World Philippines Organization, Karolina will stay in the country from September 20 to 23 for various engagements, particularly the Beauty With A Purpose mission. Reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska tours India with sister queens

Fresh from her Malaysian trip, the reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska returns to India for a week-long tour ahead of the 71st Miss World pageant to be held in the country later this year. The official tour of the land of diversity kicked off on Monday with a visit to Jammu and Kashmir, followed by New Delhi, Pune, and today in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Joining her were the Miss World Organization Chairman and CEO Julia Morley, PME Entertainment founder Salman Ahmed, and sister queens Sini Shetty, Jessica Gagen, Emmy Peña, Shree Saini, and Pricilia Carla Yules. Apart from meeting dignitaries, press conferences, and enjoying Indian hospitality, one of the highlights of this trip was a visit to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at the Sassoon General Hospital in Pune. Tharina Botes, a 26-year-old Thai-South African model from Phuket has been confirmed to participate in Miss Thailand World 2023 pageant. No stranger to pageantry, she won her first title way back in 2014 when was proclaimed Miss Teen Gauteng. Two years later, she went on to represent South Africa at Miss International 2016 in Tokyo, Japan. The University of South Africa graduate with a degree in commerce and economics, joined Miss South Africa 2018 in Pretoria where she finished in the Top 12. She went to Bangkok, Thailand to represent Phuket at Miss Grand Thailand 2019 and placed in the Top 10. Her last pageant was Miss Universe Thailand 2021 in Pattaya where she ended up as first runner-up to the winner Anchilee Scott-Kemmis.
