Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu visits the Empire State Building in NYC


India's very own Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu has visited the Empire State Building in New York City on Wednesday, January 12.

It has been a tradition for a reigning Miss Universe to visit the 102-story Art Deco skyscraper designed by Shreve, Lamb & Harmon in Midtown Manhattan.

Harnaaz, who won the 70th Miss Universe pageant in December of last year, also kicked off her media tour this week since arriving in her NYC apartment early this month.

The coronation ball for The Miss Philippines 2026 took place on Sunday, May 10, at the Grand Ballroom in City of Dreams Manila. Nadia Mejia-Webb crowned Miss Universe Ecuador 2025

Nadia Mejia-Webb, representing Comunidad USA, was crowned Miss Universe Ecuador 2025 in a national competition held on Saturday, July 26 at Palacio de Cristal in Guayaquil. The 29-year-old model and singer will now prepare to represent Ecuador at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Daphne Currat of Tungurahua and Christie Termidor of Regi贸n Sierra were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Bea Millan-Windorski of La Union was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2026 during the final of the national pageant on Saturday, May 2 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. The 24-year-old Filipino-American beauty succeeded Maria Ahtisa Manalo from Quezon Province.
