Miss Earth beauties Destiny Wagner and Lindsey Coffey arrive in Vietnam


Reigning Miss Earth Destiny Wagner arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam together with former Miss Earth Lindsey Coffey on Monday, July 11.

This is Destiny's second time to be officially invited to the country after her first visit last March, and also her first time together with her predecessor.

The Miss Earth beauties will attend a press conference scheduled for July 12 and also grace the final of Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2022 (Miss Earth Vietnam) as judges.

Over 30 contestants will compete in the pageant this Saturday, July 16 at White Palace Pham Van Dong, Thu Duc City, and the winner is expected to represent Vietnam at Miss Earth 2022.

Señorita Colombia 2021 is Valentina Espinosa of Bolívar

Valentina Espinosa, the representative of the Bolívar department, was chosen as the new Señorita Colombia 2021 (Miss Colombia 2021) in a ceremony full of color, music, and a lot of Colombian talent on Sunday, November 14 at the Auditorio Getsemaní del Centro de Convenciones Julio Cesar Turbay Ayala in Cartagena. The 23-year-old social communication and journalism professional triumphed over 24 other beauties to win her national title. She succeeds María Fernanda Aristizábal Urrea and is expected to represent her country at the next Miss Supranational edition in Poland. Natalia López Cardona of Quindío placed second and was named Virreina Nacional while Karen Julieth Ortiz Díaz finished as the first princess. The 51 state winners competing for Miss USA 2024 have already been crowned in their respective state competitions. This year's pageant is considered the most diverse in the 73-year history of Miss USA since the Miss Universe Organization changed rules allowing all women from age 18 to compete. Pernambucana Luana Cavalcante was crowned Miss Universe Brazil 2024 in a national competition held on Thursday, September 19 at Teatro Gamaro in São Paulo. The 25-year-old model and actress from the state of Pernambuco will represent Brazil at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico this November. Sigríður Ósk Hrafnkelsdóttir, also known as Sigga Ózk, was crowned Ungfrú Ísland 2026 (Miss Iceland 2026) on Wednesday, April 22 at at Gamla Bíó in Reykjavík. The singer-songwriter from Garðabær will now prepare to represent Iceland at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant to be held in Puerto Rico this November.
