Nigerian Queen 2022 is Damilola Bolarinde from Lagos


Nigerian Queen 2022, the 14th Nigerian Queen pageant took place on Saturday, August 20 at the EUI Centre in Port Harcourt.

Damilola Bolarinde, 26, from Lagos, walked away with the title. She succeeds last year's winner Abimbola Abayomi and will represent her country at Miss Grand International 2022 this October in Indonesia.

The first runner-up was Nnena Odum (expected to participate in the next Miss Eco International) and the second runner-up was Mavis Aruma.

A total of 40 contestants took part in the event which was hosted by Ebuka. The glittering show also featured live performances from August Chuk, Africa's premium band Alternate Sound, and CC Johnson with the 25-man symphony orchestra.

"I am truly grateful that you find me worthy to take up this responsibility and represent the organization. I will do my very best to be the best ambassador," the new Nigerian Queen wrote in a statement on social media.

Jennifer Kraft Zhou was crowned the winner of the Miss Universe Hong Kong 2026 pageant on Friday, September 18 at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. The 27-year-old content creator surpassed 14 other contestants to secure the title. She received her crown from her predecessor, last year's champion Lizzie Li. The 28-year-old model and businesswoman from Guadalajara will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2026 in Puerto Rico this November. Daiana Stefani Pereyra is the new Miss Universe Argentina

Daiana Stefani Pereyra has officially been named the new Miss Universe Argentina 2026 after the crowned titleholder Tamara Rogouski stepped down for personal reasons. The 28-year-old cabin crew competed for La Pampa and earned the first runner-up position at the national pageant in May. She will now gear up to represent Argentina at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant scheduled for Puerto Rico this November.
