Queen of South East Nigeria 2023 final show is scheduled to be held on Saturday, July 15 at Gardenia Hotel in Independence Layout, Enagu. In conjunction with the 5th South East Campus Awards (SECA), the upcoming event themed "The New Revelation" marks the 6th edition of the much-awaited regional pageant. Both events will celebrate the essence of beauty, grace, and academic excellence within the country's South East region. A total of 13 contestants are vying for the title currently held by Queen of South East Nigeria 2021 Achalla Amarachukwu. Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) 2022 is Miss Abia, Ada Eme

Ada Eme, a 24-year-old model and event planner representing Abia, was proclaimed the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) 2022 in a glittering national competition held on Friday, October 21 at Eko Hotel & Suites in Lagos. The new queen bested 36 other contestants to win the 34th MBGN edition and clinch the title of Miss World Nigeria 2022. She succeeds last year's winner Oluchi Madubuike and will now prepare to represent her country at the 71st Miss World pageant on a date yet to be announced. Miss Edo, Montana Onose Felix, finished second and received the title of Miss Universe Nigeria 2022 while Miss Anambra, Genevieve Ukatu, Miss Abuja, Ifeoma Uzogheli, and Miss Lagos, Lydia Balogun rounded out the Top 5 and took home the titles Miss Supranational Nigeria, Miss Ecowas Nigeria, and Miss Tourism Nigeria, respectively. Montana Onose Felix was named Miss Universe Nigeria 2022 after placing first runner-up during the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) 2022 pageant on Friday, October 21 at Eko Hotels & Suites in Lagos. The 21-year-old model and actress, currently based in Texas, represented the Nigerian State of Edo in the 34th MBGN edition. She succeeds last year's titleholder Maristella Okpala and will now prepare to represent Nigeria at the 71st Miss Universe pageant in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA this January. A total of 37 women took part in the glittering national competition. The main title of Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria and Miss World Nigeria 2022 went to Miss Abia, Ada Eme. Rounding out the Top 5 finalists were Miss Anambra, Genevieve Ukatu; Miss Abuja, Ifeoma Uzogheli; and Miss Lagos, Lydia Balogun. The Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) 2022 competition was officially unveiled on Friday, October 14 at the Silverbird Galleria in Lagos. Camp for this year's contestants also kicked off where they go through intensive exercises consisting of confidence building sessions, catwalk, choreography, grooming, public speaking, and etiquette. Organized by the Silverbird Group under the leadership of Guy Murray-Bruce, MBGN holds the license to send the next Nigerian representatives to Miss World, Miss Universe, and Miss Supranational pageants. The 34th Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria grand final will be held this Friday, October 21 at the Eko Hotels and Suites. A total of five national titles are at stake — MBGN World, MBGN Universe, MBGN Supranational, MBGN Ecowas, and MBGN Tourism. Roseline Bolarinde to represent Nigeria at Miss International 2023

Miss Ekiti, Roseline Bolarinde, was named Miss International Nigeria 2022 during the 15th Beauty of Africa International Pageant (BAIP) Nigeria on Friday, September 9 at the Sheraton Hotel in Abuja. The 27-year-old fashion model and yoga enthusiast will be representing Nigeria at the (61st Miss International) Miss International 2023 pageant in Japan. Rounding out the Top 5 finalists were first runner-up Rosemary Johnson (Miss Globe Nigeria 2022), second runner-up Peace Adoga (Miss Multinational Nigeria 2022), third runner-up Chinaza Okoroafor (Miss Tourism International Nigeria 2022), and fourth runner-up Onajite Atibaka. Miss Earth Nigeria 2022 is Esther Oluwatosin Ajayi

Miss Ekiti, Esther Oluwatosin Ajayi, was crowned Miss Earth Nigeria 2022 in a glittering grand coronation show held on Saturday, August 27 at the EUI Event Center in Port Harcourt. The 27-year-old beauty bested 24 other contestants to win her national title. She advocates the "Mash Up the Trash Initiative" which aims to create awareness and initiate actions among the youth on the effects of land-based pollution on the ecosystem. Her elemental court includes Miss Edo, Abigail Ojeabulu (Air), Miss Lagos, Emesiobi Dwelling Chisaoku (Water), Miss Rivers State, Precious Bakor (Fire), and Miss Anambra, Ikechukwu Ifunanya (Ecotourism). At the end of the event, last year's winner Christine Telfer passed her crown on to her successor who will compete in the Miss Earth 2022 pageant in the Philippines this November. Nigerian Queen 2022, the 14th Nigerian Queen pageant took place on Saturday, August 20 at the EUI Centre in Port Harcourt. Damilola Bolarinde, 26, from Lagos, walked away with the title. She succeeds last year's winner Abimbola Abayomi and will represent her country at Miss Grand International 2022 this October in Indonesia. The first runner-up was Nnena Odum (expected to participate in the next Miss Eco International) and the second runner-up was Mavis Aruma. A total of 40 contestants took part in the event which was hosted by Ebuka. The glittering show also featured live performances from August Chuk, Africa's premium band Alternate Sound, and CC Johnson with the 25-man symphony orchestra. "I am truly grateful that you find me worthy to take up this responsibility and represent the organization.
