Eighty-six eco-beauties are vying for Miss Earth 2022 in the Philippines and one of them will walk away with the coveted title on Tuesday, November 29 at Cove Manila, Okada Manila.

They are currently touring various destinations in the tropical Asian paradise, enjoying the hospitality of the Filipino people, meeting sponsors, and participating in pre-pageant competitions.

Miss Grand Thailand 2026 is Patthama Jitsawat of Chonburi

Patthama Jitsawat, representing the Thai province of Chonburi, was crowned Miss Grand Thailand 2026 on Saturday, March 28 at MGI Hall in Bangkok. The 32-year-old beauty edged out 76 other contestants to win the national competition. She succeeds last year's winner Sarunrat Puagpipat of Phuket. Panasaya Angelica Damaagd of Buriram was names first runner-up while Ilin Nabsuk of Phuket, Natthakitta Kerdkanchiroj of Saraburi, and Naruemol Chaloemroek of Sukhothai were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. This year's competition marked the 13th edition of the annual Miss Grand Thailand pageant. Reigning Miss Grand International Emma Mary Tiglao from the Philippines was present at the glittering event. Vietnam to host the 73rd Miss World competition this summer

Vietnam, the land of the "Ascending Dragon", has been revealed as the official host country of the 73rd Miss World (Miss World 2026) competition. The official announcement was made during the Miss World Vietnam final on March 29 by Miss World CEO and Chairperson Julia Morley CBE and representatives of Sen V脿ng, the local organizers and co-producers of the event. According to the organizers, this year's competition will be held from August 9 in Hanoi until the final on September 5 in Ho Chi Minh City where the reigning queen Opal Suchata Chuangsri of Thailand will crown her successor. Reina Hispanoamericana 2022 contestants' official presentation

Following the arrival of the 29 contestants vying for Reina Hispanoamericana 2022, an official presentation took place on Monday, March 13 at the Radisson Hotel in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Standouts were the representatives of Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Haiti, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, and the USA. Prior to the red carpet presentation, the contestants earlier received their official sashes with the names of the countries or territories they represent. The final competition will be held on Saturday, March 25 at the Sal贸n Sirion贸 Fexpocruz in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Mexico's Andrea Bazarte will crown her successor at the end of the event. Guatemala's Camila Riveiro was awarded Mejor Traje Tipico (Best in National Costume) during the Reina Hispanoamericana 2022 national costume competition held on Sunday, March 19 in Porongo, Bolivia. The winning national costume was designed and created by the talented Guatemalan artist and costume designer César Alejandro Portillo. Kirby Elizabeth Self, representing Upstate, was crowned Miss South Carolina USA 2023 on Saturday, March 4 at the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center in North Charleston. The 23-year-old beauty from Greenwood, South Carolina, is a former track athlete champion and a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in political science and women's leadership. She bested over 20 other competitors to win the state title and will now prepare to represent South Carolina at the Miss USA 2023 pageant in Reno, Nevada later this year. Guyana returns to Miss Universe pageant after 5-year hiatus

After missing five editions, Guyana will return to the prestigious Miss Universe competition as the new license holder was announced over the weekend. US-based talent acquisition leader and award-winning pageant director, Teri Brown-Walker, was officially revealed as the new national director for Miss Universe Guyana. Teri held leadership positions at various companies in the past 20 years and has accomplished awards for her involvement with several pageant systems including Miss Earth USA and Miss United States.
