Miss International 2022 kicks off, day one standouts


Miss International 2022 contestants spent their day one in Tokyo, Japan with an orientation and warm welcome from the chairperson of the International Cultural Association, Akemi Shimomura, together with Mr. Takashi Ikemitsu of the Japan Travel Agency.

They were all specially commissioned as Miss Visit Japan Tourism Ambassadors in their respective countries and the certificate was handed over to Miss International Spain 2022 Julianna Ro. The 66 beauties will now be the goodwill ambassadors for Japan once they return home after the competition.

Standouts from day one were the representatives of Cabo Verde, Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, France, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Venezuela, and Vietnam.
