Miss Florida USA 2023 is Caroline Dixon


Miss Palm Harbor, Caroline Dixon was crowned Miss Florida USA 2023 on Sunday, May 14 at the Coral Springs Center for the Arts in Coral Springs, Florida.

The 25-year-old alumna of the Florida State University succeeded last year's winner Taylor Fulford and will now represent the sunshine state of Florida at Miss USA 2023 in Reno, Nevada.

Victoria DiSorbo of South Palm Beach County, Narissa Adside of North Holmstead, Samantha Washington of East Miami, Christiana Dinardo of South Boca Raton, and Aileen Cerchiara of Belleaire Beach were announced as runners-up.

Rounding out the Top 13 semifinalists were Erika Feazell, Breauna Washington, Briona Jones, Alayzia Christopher, Kelsey Fagan, Katia Gerry, and Juliandra De Jesus.

Miss Florida Teen USA 2023 was also held at the same venue and Sharlysse Nelson was announced the winner. She was crowned by her predecessor Alyssa Khan and will now proceed to Miss Teen USA 2023.

Her runners-up include Loni Barnes, Savannah Young, Kadance Fredericksen, Natashia Conti, and Alessandra Shires.

Over 100 beauties took part in this year's state competition and the glittering event was attended by reigning Miss USA Morgan Romano and Miss Teen USA Faron Medhi.

The new Miss Florida USA is no stranger to pageantry, having won several titles in the past including Junior Miss American Beauty 2013, USA National Teen 2015, and Miss US Tourism International 2020. She was named fourth runner-up during last year's state pageant and a semifinalist in 2021.

Caroline is a highly skilled leader and communicator who holds a degree in communications and digital media studies and a Juris Master from FSU College of Law. She is currently working as a legislative assistant at the Florida Senate.

Miguel Alejandro Ortega Alaniz, representing Spain, was proclaimed the winner of Mister Global 2025 on Sunday, October 5 at MCC Hall in Bangkok, Thailand. The 26-year-old personal trainer and sports enthusiast from Valencia bested 35 other contestants to win the male beauty title. He succeeds Daumier Corilla from the Philippines. William Badell of Venezuela and Alejandro Silva of Mexico were the first and second runners-up, respectively. Isabela Fernandez was proclaimed Miss Asia Pacific International 2025 on Wednesday, October 8 at the Cebu Coliseum in Cebu City, Philippines. The 22-year-old model and medical student from Moscow edged out 49 other contestants to win the national competition. Miss Golden State, Kylie Chang was crowned Miss California USA 2025 on Saturday, August 10 at Grand Hyatt Indian Wells. The 20-year-old UC Berkeley student and model succeeded last year's winner Samantha Ramos. She became the first-ever East Asian woman to win Miss California USA.
