Miss Grand Philippines 2023 is Nikki de Moura of Cagayan de Oro


Nikki de Moura bested 29 other competitors to be crowned Miss Grand Philippines 2023 in a glittering national competition held on Thursday, July 13 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

The 19-year-old Filipino-Brazilian model representing Cagayan de Oro City also bagged the Miss Photogenic, Skin Elements Ambassador, Miss Bench, and Miss Philippines Airlines awards.

She succeeds Roberta Tamondong and will now prepare to represent the Philippines at Miss Grand International 2023 in Vietnam this October.

Michelle Arceo of Bagumbayan, Quezon City won Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2023, Herlene Nicole Budol of Angono, Rizal clinched the title Miss Philippines Tourism 2023, and Francine Reyes of Tarlac was named Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2023.

They are expected to compete in Miss Reina Hispanoamericana 2023, Miss Tourism World 2023, and Miss Eco Teen International 2023 pageants, respectively.

Caloocan City's Shanon Tampon finished as first runner-up while Caluya, Antique's Charie Manalo Sergio was announced as the second runner-up.

The Top 12 for best national costume at Miss Earth 2023 has been officially announced. Three costumes that received the most votes from each continental group make up the finalists. Online voting was conducted on Miss Earth's official Facebook page following the national costume competition held on Saturday, December 16 at the Van Thanh Flower Village in Dalat, Vietnam. Following the Miss Earth 2023 blue carpet evening gown competition and "Xin Chao" welcome ceremony held last Sunday at the Opera House in Ho Chi Minh City, online voting was conducted on social media for "Best Appearance" from December 4 to December 8. Eliise Randmaa was crowned Miss World Estonia 2023 in a glittering national competition held on Friday, August 25 at Kadriorg Castle in Tallinn. Maria Gigante has been officially appointed as Universal Woman Philippines 2024 and will represent the Philippines in the upcoming Universal Woman 2024 competition. The 30-year-old host, model, and entrepreneur from Cebu will be the first-ever Filipina representative in the international competition.
