Miss Denmark 2023 is Nikoline Uhrenholt Hansen

Nikoline Uhrenholt Hansen bested 29 other competitors to be crowned Miss Denmark 2023 on Sunday, August 27 at Cirkusbygningen (The Circus Building) in Copenhagen.

The 21-year-old beauty who also bagged the Best Charity Ambassador award succeeded last year's winner Malou Peters from Næstved and went home with a prize package worth over 60,000 Danish kroner.

Nikoline is currently a marketing and economics student at the Copenhagen Business Academy and also works as a receptionist at a cosmetic clinic.

Fatmagül Karabacak and Naja Mathilde Rosing were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Sille Lyngsdorf Albertsen and Julie Brink rounded out the Top 5 finalists.

The rest of the Top 11 were Alma Gudmandsen, Dalva Rustom, Emma Alfheim, Laura Schou, Line Skov Jensen, and Silvia Topholm.

It has not yet been confirmed which international beauty pageant the new Miss Denmark will be sent to.

The Miss Denmark Organization headed by Lisa Lents currently holds the national franchise for Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International, Miss Earth, Miss Supranational, Miss Grand International, and Miss Intercontinental.
