Miss Grand United States 2023 is Sthephanie Marie Miranda


Great Lakes' Sthephanie Marie Miranda bested over 20 other competitors to be crowned Miss Grand United States 2023 on Thursday, August 17 at the Copernicus Center in Chicago, Illinois.

The 29-year-old Puerto Rican influencer, YouTuber, and entrepreneur will now prepare to represent the United States of America at Miss Grand International 2023 in Vietnam this October. She succeeds last year's titleholder Emily Rose DeMure.

Samantha Catherine Keaton of Illinois was named first runner-up while Rachel Slawson of New York, Francie Millan of Texas and Mazzy Eckel of Washington were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively.

Rounding out the Top 10 were Ivana Valentina Garcia of Florida, Kennedy Thomas of Georgia, Eboné Marie Jimerson of Pennsylvania and Maxine Cesar of Tri-state.

The new Miss Grand United States is no stranger to pageantry, having won Miss Ohio USA 2020 and placed in the Top 16 at Miss USA. She was also in the Top 5 at Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2021 and first runner-up at Nuestra Belleza Puerto Rico 2023.

"I'm speechless. I'm so excited to be able to represent my country, my Latinos, and everyone that's been behind me since day one — you guys know who you are. I'm here, I'm ready, and with the team of H&I Grand Productions I know we're gonna get it," she said after winning last night's competition.

Miss Universe Belarus 2024 is Karyna Kisialiova

Belarus is set to debut at the Miss Universe pageant this year with newly crowned Miss Universe Belarus 2024 Karyna Kisialiova. The 27-year-old pageant veteran bested six other finalists to win the national competition on Saturday, September 28 in Minsk. Laura Bircher was crowned Miss Universe Switzerland 2024 in a glittering national competition held on Saturday, September 28 at the Kursaal Arena in Bern. The 23-year-old mental health advocate from Stans succeeds last year's winner Lorena Santen and will now prepare to represent Switzerland at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico this November. 81-year-old model Choi Soon-hwa joins Miss Universe Korea 2024

Choi Soon-hwa recently created a buzz in the pageant community when she appeared as the oldest contestant vying for Miss Universe Korea 2024. The 81-year-old senior model who walked her first runway in her 70s made history as she competes alongside more than 30 others in the upcoming national competition. If she wins this year's Miss Universe Korea, she will be the oldest Korean representative and contestant in the 73-year history of the Miss Universe pageant. The 28-year-old pharmacist and freelance model from Szombathely will represent Hungary at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico this November. Ofir Natalie Korsia was crowned Miss Universe Israel 2024 in a national competition held on Sunday, September 29 at the Hilton Aventura Miami in Florida. The 23-year-old actress, dancer, and model from Rishon LeZion will now prepare to represent Israel at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico this November. This year's event marked the return of Israel to the Miss Universe pageant after a 2-year hiatus. A total of eight contestants competed for the crown. It was organized under the new national director Edgar Saakyan of Edgar Entertainment (USA), in partnership with Blue Ocean Venture Funds. Miss Orb International 2024 is Fernanda Fernández from Costa Rica

Costa Rica's very own Fernanda Fernández was crowned Miss Orb International 2024 on Monday, September 30 in San José, Costa Rica. The 23-year-old fashion model bested 14 other contestants to win the international title. She succeeds Camila Canto from Mexico. Andreina Quintero from Venezuela and Rebecca Drouin from Canada were first and second runners-up, respectively. Xiadani Saucedo from Mexico and Allison Ojeda from Puerto Rico rounded out the Top 5 finalists. The rest of the Top 10 were from Bolivia, Anabel Guzman, Colombia, Maria Camila Medrano, El Salvador, Eva Barrera, Guatemala, Verónica Mejía and USA, Azalia Arredondo. Christine Juliane Opiaza was crowned Miss Grand Philippines 2024 on Sunday, September 29 at the  Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City, Metro Manila. The 25-year-old host, model and runway coach from Castillejos, Zambales beat 19 other contestants to win the national competition. Sheynnis Palacios was crowned Miss Nicaragua 2023 (Miss Universe Nicaragua 2023) on Saturday, August 5 at Centro de Convenciones del Hotel Crowne Plaza in Managua. The 23-year-old communications graduate and television host representing Diriamba bested 9 other competitors to win the national title.
