Miss Universe Thailand 2023 is Anntonia Porsild of Nakhon Ratchasima


Anntonia Porsild bested over 50 other competitors to be crowned Miss Universe Thailand 2023 in a glittering competition held on Sunday, August 20 at MCC Hall, The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan in Nonthaburi.

The 26-year-old Thai-Danish model representing Nakhon Ratchasima succeeds last year's winner Anna Sueangam-iam and will now prepare to represent Thailand at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador this November.

Kirana Jasmine Chewter of Mae Hong Son was named first runner-up while Praveenar Singh Thakral of Phuket finished as the second runner-up.

Rounding out the Top 5 finalists were Chatnalin Chotjirawarachat of Prachuap Khiri Khan and Nicha Poonpoka of Lamphun. They were announced as the third and fourth runners-up, respectively.

The new Miss Universe Thailand is no stranger to pageantry, having won Miss Supranational Thailand 2019 and went on to bag her country's first Miss Supranational crown in Katowice, Poland.

Miss Universe Australia 2026 is Caity Worthington from Brisbane

Caitlin Worthington was declared the winner of Miss Universe Australia 2026 at the national final on Wednesday, August 26, held at the Crown Melbourne. The 28-year-old radiographer and model from Brisbane succeeds her predecessor Lexie Brant. She will represent Australia at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant in Puerto Rico this November. Georgia Van Zaanen was awarded first runner-up, while Rowan Brent-White, Uma Dawson, and Kristabella Leembruggen took the second, third, and fourth runner-up positions, respectively. Joheirry Mola Dominguez from the Dominican Republic bested 110 other contestants to win Miss World 2026 on Saturday, September in Nha Trang, Vietnam. The 24-year-old model, teacher, news correspondent and advocate received the coveted crown and sash from her predecessor Opal Suchata Chuangsri from Thailand. Elisabeth Reynés of Spain and Taanusiya Chetty of Malaysia were announced the second and third placers, respectively. Miss World 2026: Meet the continental winners of the Head-to-Head Challenge

The Head-to-Head Challenge for Miss World 2026 took place on August 22 and 24 at the Khanh Hoa Children's Palace in Nha Trang, Vietnam. During the event, all contestants presented themselves and shared speeches about their initiatives. From each continental group, five contestants were selected to move on to the second round, where four continental winners were determined. The continental winners were Romanda Hombir from South Africa, Georgia-Lee Gill from Trinidad and Tobago, Asia Rose Simpson from the Philippines, and Julia Kühnle from Germany. By winning their respective continental groups, they have already earned their spots in the Top 40. Based on their answers during the final round, one of them will be declared the overall challenge winner and will automatically progress to the Top 20.
